Stayed Mar 15, 2026Here’s a tighter version that still hits the key points:⸻We arrived to find the central air conditioning was not working. It appears this was known in advance, yet we were not informed or offered alternatives. While we understand that issues happen, the lack of communication and proactive response from management was disappointing.The house became uncomfortably warm—chocolate melted on the counter—and with nine people, it significantly impacted our stay.Management provided a 1,500 refund (about 10%), which we appreciate, but it did not fully reflect the loss of value.On the positive side, the home was clean, in a quiet and lovely area, and about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Access to the athletic club was a great perk, especially on rainy days.Overall, a nice property, but better responsiveness would have made a big difference.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025The property was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—just minutes from Poipu Beach and other great activities. Access to the Athletic Club was a huge bonus!That said, we did experience a few maintenance issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the oven wasn’t working, though a contractor was fortunately available to troubleshoot the electrical panel. Midway through our visit, the microwave stopped working as well, and several outlets, lights, and ceiling fans functioned intermittently.My biggest disappointment, however, was when the management company asked my brother-in-law and two-year-old niece to leave promptly at 10 a.m., rather than allowing them to wait an extra 30 minutes for their ride to the next destination. A bit more flexibility in that situation would have gone a long way.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025This property was wonderful and a few blocks walking distance to Poipu Beach. They provided all beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. When asked for more paper products, they were delivered immediately. I’d recommend this property to anyone needing at least 3 bedrooms. The daily access to the pool at athletic club the street was a game changer for my college aged boys who worked out, played basketball and pickleball daily. The only thing is there’s no closet for the master bedroom so we had to hang our clothes in the downstairs bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect for our family of 7.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024This is the 2nd time my family stayed at this house. It's just as fantastic as the photos make it look. The absolute highlights are: it has tons of space including tons of bed space, and it's a super short walk to the beach. We really appreciated the beach chairs & umbrellas provided. We will definitely be staying here for a 3rd and 4th time when we visit Kauai again in the future!

Stayed Nov 17, 2023We loved staying in this house (8 people) -- there was plenty of space including 2 bonus day beds upstairs that were easy to use as a bed for the kids. There were a few small issues that got resolved immediately by messaging the host. Great communication & I appreciate the timely responses. In fact, we loved this place so much that we've already re-booked it for a trip next year! Thanks to the hosts for being great!
