5 Bedroom plus kids dorm, 3 Bath House With Private Pool and Hot Tub

Great property, clean and very well appointed. Kids love the pool and all the pool toys. I highly recommend staying here.

Great property, the pictures of the house don't do it justice, it's a great place to stay.The pool is huge for a private pool with an actual deep end.

Great place and exceeded our expectations. The water slide water would only work at a trickle most of the time,but the kids made it work. The neighbors were kind. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

This was our second year at this house. I think the price is great and love the pool and slide. Planning to stay again next year. Kids didn't want to leave. Now the hardes part after vacation back to work

Wonderful well stocked home! We were there for a family wedding at the state park just five minutes away. We loved the pool and outside area,.it was super hot when we were there over 100, the house stayed cool, shaded outside area allowed us to cook outside and enjoy. As stated the house was well stocked, all bathrooms had full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion. Eye make up wipes, hairspray, blow-dryer. Comfy beds, and we pulled two mini vans and a car into the three car garage. Nice quiet neighborhood and Hurricane has anything you may need! ( Dairy Queen, yum!)

We had everything we needed.No need to bring anything.This house was comfortable,fully stocked,.Very quiet neighborhood.Easy to navigate to differant monuments.Pool was wonderful.Hot tub was way to high temp to get in .We would rent again.Caught a few mice inside.But very very nice house.

We had family visiting from out of town and this was the perfect house. The kids loved the themed beds, dress up clothes and toys. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were beach towels and toys to use for the pool. Our only compliant would be the ability to watch TV. We couldn’t get any of the TVs to work. We got Netflix one night but couldn’t figure out how we did it. The remotes aren’t labeled and some don’t have batteries. We had brought our own PlayStation with us so we just streamed movies from that. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Over the stay was as the title says ok. We paid for the pool to be heated but after looking at it we deicide it was to dirty to let the kids swim in. The hot tube was empty and dirty when we showed up we talked to the host the day we showed up Sundays and it didnt get fixed until Wednesday. The TVs in the house wouldnt connect to any type od streaming so that was not awesome. They did have a dvd player and some dvds however nothing was hooked up and i had to do that but only in the living room. It could desperately use a tech refresh. Found dirty socks under one of the beds and an empty vape cartridge in another room. Overall it was a bit of a let down . Lucky we spent most od the time not at the house

Great backyard and house layout.

The house was amazing all by rooms.And everything in the house were what as described. But the other reason we rented the house was for the hot tub in the pool.But apon arriving the pool and hot tub were not clean. The hot tub was half empty and didnt function. As well the water slide did not work either.Just disappointed.Owner did get hot tub eventually working and taken care of but our stay was half way over.

The property is beautiful! The pool is amazing! My family had an wonderful time and we would love to return.

We had a group of twelve. At night, the five women in our group went to the three plays at Tuacahn while the guys (ages 9mo - 57) enjoyed the pool, TV, and nearby pickleball court.

Wonderful property. Great experience. Just the vacation we needed. Clean well stocked with everything we needed. Will stay again next year. Highly recommend.

We really appreciated the pool and water slide. I don't know how many properties have such a large private pool. We spent many hours there. The area was really nice as well, with its close proximity to Sand Hollow. We would definitely look up this place if we're ever again going to southern Utah!

Beautiful house, well organized, extremely comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. We all sleep very well. Endless fun in the pool! Sand Hollow, very close and convenient, really Fun place to go! Very friendly, and quiet community. We had a great time together there. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful house so comfortable to sleep and have a great time. The owner tought about every single detail to make you feel comfortable. The only thing is you have to be ready to do some reading of all the instructions and rules for the house. Once you get that out of the way you’re ready to have the best time of your life.

This property was awesome! The home was very well organized, clean and very comfortable. The backyard was beautiful. The swimming pool was huge it also has a water slide that both kids and adults enjoyed.

The pictures did not do it justice. Beautiful home. Kitchen had everything you need to cook with! The pool and outside area was perfect for my large family.

The house and swimming pool were amazing. We loved that we were close by some places of interest, and the neighborhood was very quiet. My family really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this house.

This house was great for our family & friends. It was clean & very well stocked, kitchen & baths both. 2 washers & dryers was a bonus.The pool is very large, was the perfect temp,with lots of outdoor shaded space & a large patio. This house easily accommodated our group. The kids really liked the pirate themed room with 4 beds so they could all stay together. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this house. It is a great house to stay with kids. The pool is the best part it’s big and clean. The property also had a lot of improvements since our last stay and was a lot cleaner. We will come again!
