Stayed Sep 25, 2025Quiet neighborhood. Fenced backyard for pets. Relatively close to shopping for groceries and amenities. Bit of a trip to the old Knoxville but overall pretty convenient. Very good fit for large groups.

Stayed May 8, 2025Paula was great! She went above and beyond to gather important UPS mail for me that I had to send to the site before I arrived. Life saver!! She left two puzzles for the 5 yo twins we had. Very pleased! Only improvement would be to lessen the noise from upstairs floors/stairs squeaking/creaking heard loud from downstairs guests.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025This was exactly what we needed, clean and comfortable. At one point we needed to contact the hosts, Brenda and Paula, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay at any of their properties again. We also recommend their properties to anyone that is looking for a place to stay.
