Stayed Sep 11, 2025Clean property. Spacious. Bedrooms upstairs were lighter and more airy than those downstairs, but plenty of space for large group/multiple families. Pool table, TV, and bar downstairs were a plus and made it fun when entertaining family/kids. Covered porch outside was nice to sit at in the evening even if it was raining, but yard could have used a bit of cleaning up (tall weeds, grass was very long, etc). But all in all very nice property and would stay there again.

Stayed May 8, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Plenty of room for our large family and being able to host everyone that came up for graduation. The main living area was updated and clean. We don’t have basements in Texas, so that was a fun experience for the kids. The bar was a nice set up. Definitely a great place for large groups since it has 5 bedrooms!

Stayed Jan 3, 2025I wanted a place to take my children and grandchildren that we get all be together and enjoy the Hoosier experience of Indiana University. The four bedrooms three baths were the best for the 10 of us (5 adults, 5 kids 6-15). The kitchen is large and the table was amazing to fit all of us.. The beds were comfortable. They provide great pillows and bedding.. The only downfall was there was only one television and with a big game on and the kids wanting to watch something else we had to go to our devices. It would've been nice to have a TV upstairs as well as down.. other than that, I think we were quite happy.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024The house is nicely decorated and clean. We never received any check in information, but were able to contact the host. There isn't any information at the property as far as internet access, hot tub directions, tv, check out instructions, etc. We again had to contact the host. The hot tub did not work properly for us and the pool sticks didnt have cues on them, which was a bummer since we chose the property for those extras. We did enjoy the full body message chair, huge table, and new appliances. There was also plenty of room for our large group.
