The layout was ideal, with bedrooms spread across three floors, giving everyone the ability to come together while still having their own private space to retreat to.The kitchen was well-appointed and made it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We also really enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which was great for relaxing and spending time together.The kids especially loved the pool, as well as the downstairs game and entertainment room, which kept them happily occupied throughout our stay.Overall, this home was a great fit for our family getaway, and we would not hesitate to book it again in the future.

The pool and deck definitely need some attention. Needs some serious landscaping done. The house could of been a bit cleaner as well as the shower in the basement was plugged and smelt really bad

The house was amazing! We were in Wichita for a girls' getaway weekend and this place was perfect. Plenty of space to spread out and the basement entertainment room was our favorite place for catching up and playing games in the evenings. The pool is beautiful (we could only use it once due to cooler weather but it was clean and ready). The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and gathering. The extra kitchen and bar downstairs was a great extra perk too. We loved this house and will definitely rent it again!

The host was very responsive and helpful, even let us come back a couple days after we checked out to pickup our air mattress we forgot. The house was very spacious. Air hockey, hot tub and theater chairs were a big hit.

The magnolia house was absolutely gorgeous, very clean. It had everything we needed. Located close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Host was very accommodating. Neighborhood was safe.

Our stay was very enjoyable and we were surprised with some of the amenities of the house. However, the house was listed as a 6 bedroom (5 in the smaller print) in the search engine. I will accept responsibility for not checking this more closely but the house only has 5 bedrooms. I view this as a misclassification that needs to be corrected. We had 6 men in our group and one was not able to have a bedroom.

Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable and quiet.

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. It was meaningful to have family stay all together leading up to weekend festivities. Kitchen was well equipped to enjoy all meals. Relaxed in pool to escape heat. Parking was a challenge. We had multiple cars to transport wedding decorations. It was difficult to park 4 cars in driveway. Not many options for additional parking in cul de sac. Overall very happy with stay!

We had a group of gym owners and coaches here for the weekend. Check-in was a breeze. The house and all of it's amenities were great for resting and recovering from our full training schedule. The house, pool, hot tub, and all outdoor areas were clean and well maintained. The upstairs kitchen was great, and we enjoyed cooking proteins on the fancy fire pit. The downstairs movie area was a great place to unwind. My single regret is that none of us had time to try out the air hockey table.

We had a wonderful family weekend at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the house and kids amenities, from the high chair and pack n play to the mini kitchen and reading nook. The pool was fantastic. We had plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms, large gathering areas and outdoor space.

The Magnolia House has something for everyone! It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near sports games, shopping, walking trails, park, restaurants, and night life. If you are looking to just stay in, there is plenty of things to do for all ages. The host is easy to reach if necessary and communicates only when neccesay. I will definitely be booking this property again!

Our family (ages1-93) all found things to enjoy, but the swimming pool, the tree swing, and the great variety of games were among our favorites.

Lots of room for gathering. Nice for everyone to have their own space. Pool space is nice but foliage is weedy. Ant problem in the kitchen so we couldn’t leave food out at all. It has been everything you need for cooking inside and out. Game room down stairs is great also.

Our family stayed at the home coming into Wichita for a family graduation. It was clean and had plenty of things to keep us occupied. The pool and out door area were great as well the basement had lost of games. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

The house is beautifully built and fits any small family stay.The house supplied everything you could imagine ( Air fryer,seasoning,etc)The Hot tube was clean. The pool was warm and clean.I recommend the property

This is a beautiful home it was above our expectations. It has high end kitchen appliances. The three levels of living have space for everyone. The game room was amazing

The house was exactly as described. Plenty of room super nice and everything decorated to the t. Could not have been happier with the house.

This house was wonderful, and they were super accommodating when we needed to deal with some inclement weather that came through. It comfortably slept a full house of adults with plenty of space. Everything you could need in the kitchens to cook large meals and several small kitchen appliance options.

Great space for family including grandkids.Outdoor area might be great in summer.But for winter, furniture and sitting area not maintained.

This house was great- roomy enough for all 14 of us- teenagers & adults. Hot tub & games in basement were enjoyed. Beautiful Christmas tree !

We came to Wichita for my nephew's wedding, with the whole family from Chicago. The Magnolia house was Perfect for our family! The teens had fun in the basement & hot tub. The kitchen was absolutely a dream come true to cook in. Jim & Bev responded immediately to our request for towels & even had brand new towels delivered to us. Great hosts, great home & will be our 1st choice every time we visit Wichita.

We found the house to be in good shape, but we were not impressed with whoever does the cleaning. We found dust at the top of lampshades and the shower curtain in the upstairs Bathroom is not in good shape. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be cleaned, it appears something has been spilled and it needs a good cleaning.

We loved staying here during a conference we attended. The pool and hot tub were fantastic extras and we enjoyed swimming a couple of afternoons. The bedrooms were great for our group and the sleep number bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We ordered pizza in one evening and the dining room table was a very nice place to gather around for conversation and food. We thoroughly enjoyed the home.
