5 Bedroom home with Large Pool. 5 minute walk from Ocean. STR# 043892

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home! It is exactly as described on the site. Lots of pool and beach toys, plenty of towels, great location and close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. They even had goodies for our dogs! The cottage extension is adorable and completely self-contained. Marty was very prompt and clear in his communication. We highly recommend 44 Folly Field!

The host was quick to respond to our questions. I will rate the property giving it a 10 out of a 10. Walking distance to the beach with all beach items supplied by the host to include beach wagons, toys, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas. There is no need to bring anything else except your cooler. The layout of the house was designed to give full privacy to those staying there. We had a total of 8 adults and 4 children ages 6 and less. It fit our needs perfectly. The pool is three steps away from the back door. The best kept secret is the screen in porch off the master bedroom. I used it to escape many times for a nap or to read. Our son and his wife flew in from Chicago and the airport is only 5-7 minute drive from the house. Our experience renting this property was nothing but wonderful and what our family needed for vacation. We will be renting it again. They even included an ample supply of beach towels as well as bath towels galore. The beds slept really well and not a cheap mattress at all. Some of the best sleep that I have had in awhile. I really can't say enough good things about this property as it fit our needs to a tee.

Incredible stay in Hilton Head! Our multi-generational family stayed at this property for a week in May and had an amazing time. Everything in the home was well thought out, there was plenty of space for 8 adults and two toddlers and all the basic amenities (and then some!) were provided. The property was very close to Folly Field Beach, but we found ourselves spending most of the time at the house to enjoy the pool. We had very few questions/issues, but Marty was super responsive for all our concerns and needs. This property and the surrounding area are beautiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were back in Hilton Head. Thank you for an amazing week!

My family and I travel a good bit and have stayed in a lot of homes. By far this was one of the best places we have stayed at. According to my husband, I have an unrealistic standard of clean, but this house met my standard and I was very pleased with the cleanliness. When you have seven people that need to eat, it can get costly. It was wonderful to find ample pots and pans, silverware, plates, spices, aluminum foil, sandwich, baggies, the list could go on. The stocking of kitchen supplies made me feel like I was at home. The beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was nice, everything in the house was well maintained. The host was very easy to communicate with and you could tell he took pride in his rental. We will be booking this house next year for our spring trip.

Beautiful home, well equipped with high quality everything. Very close to the beach so it’s an easy stroll to get there. Clean and comfortable furnishings throughout the whole property. Even the gardens were neatly manicured and lovely. This is a place I would return to in a heartbeat. Our family really enjoyed this property and all it offered. This was our first time on Hilton Head Island and it is just beautiful and a place we’d go back to for sure.

What an amazing property! Perfect for our family or 9 adults and 2 littles! So many memories made. Hosts have provided many things and the home was exceptionally clean! We’ve already booked for next year!

Wonderful rental home for our family vacation to HHI. Loved the quick walk to the beach each morning then relaxing in the pool after. My daughter loved the loft bedroom and claimed it right away as the room she would be sleeping. The screened in porch off the primary bedroom was another great area to relax. Perfect vacation!

Every summer we gathering the family together somewhere on the east coast. This year we chose Hilton Head Island. This place was the perfect house for our family of 10. The set up of the house was perfect!! One of our grandson’s had two online classes for school and the loft bedroom was a perfect place! The pool and all the beach gear was so appreciated along with the station at the house to rinse the sand from the gear and the beach. The kitchen area was perfect and having the mini kitchen in addition was very helpful in preparing meals for 10 people. The house is located a short 5 min walk from the beach!! This house is a 5 star place!!! If our future family vacations lands in Hilton Head we would most definitely stay here again!!!! A 5 STAR VRBO!!!!!!!

The perfect home for a large family vacation! Marty was prompt with communication and ready to assist with any questions that arose during our stay. The layout of the home was great for our crew - we loved sharing the large common space but also appreciated the separate areas that allowed privacy (we traveled with 2 young children that routinely nap so the set up was perfect for our needs). The house was well stocked with lots of thoughtful extras that made the stay extra special. Easy walk and access to the beach too. Would highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family trip. 5 bedrooms, great in size and accommodating. Large family room, large dining area, outdoor Pool, cleaned twice during our visit. Close walk to Folly Beach. Made our first visit to Hilton Head a true pleasure and hit with the family. Memories were made.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Communication leading up to the trip was amazing - Marty made sure we had all the info that we needed for check in and for enjoying our stay. He was available any time that we needed him (which was never) and made sure our stay was comfortable. The house was fantastic - quick walk to the beach, amazing pool and amenities, and comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. We loved it so much, we are already planning when our next visit will be. This property is absolutely perfect for extended family to stay in one house but also provides some privacy and separation. The hosts have thought of everything that you might need and provided it. Loved the location and walkability to the beach and bike paths. The cleanliness was outstanding as well and every detail was taken care of. Would definitely stay again!
