5 bedroom home close to beach, pool and pet friendly

Awesome trip and holiday and a perfect house for our trip. So many rooms and living areas meant that everyone could find a space, but the communal lounge was big enough for everyone when we all got together. Very minor criticims are 1) the number of spiders (which freaked a couple of out guests out but probably nothing you can do anything about) and 2) the upstairs shower door which was hard to close (very close the the ground so one couldn't put a bath mat down and close the door, and it didn't have a handle on the inside, so one couldn't close it at all once inside). We will all have great memories of teh Sunshine Coast and of our time in the house in particular.

Property is quite tired but very spacious. G1 was contacted to advise them that several lights were not working especially the one over the steep staircase which was dangerous due to it being very dark. One adult did have a fall going up the stairs and has a badly bruised knee. They were told that there was no hairdryer. Every morning the kitchen bench and all the lounge furniture was covered in droppings that looks like they came from mice not geckos. Reported the handle was hanging off the second drawer and very hard to close. The two ice containers in the freezer are all cracked and broken. G1 told us they would send a maintenance person around but they didn’t come. It was very disappointing as the home looked very nice from the photos on the website. Due to COVID the other five friends were not able to come as they were from WA. The downstairs area could have been locked off and you could have rented it out to another family when I phoned you about this situation. Consequently there were four of us in a five bedroom home and we were unable to reimburse the others for the money they had paid. I have always booked with Stayz and recommended them to my friends as we have had some beautiful accommodation all over Australia. We look for a home each year for our Reunion.

This is a very large house, and had plenty of space for our extended family. There are a LOT of stairs, and this could be tricky with young children. Rooms were basically clean and tidy, though the whole house could do with a deep clean and furniture refresh. We enjoyed the proximity to beach and shops.

Everything supplied heaps of room for 2 families great location
