Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good week. It would have been helpful to know the layout of the home ahead of time. Master Suite/bathroom are on the first floor. Another full bath is located just across from the Master Suite. There are 4 bedrooms with one full bath on the second floor. That was a bit of a challenge at times with 7 adults sleeping on that floor. Also, the home is located on a very narrow street with a steep driveway. It was challenging to juggle 3 cars, trying to leave room for others to pull in/out. Perhaps trimming the shrubs back a little more would be helpful.

Well located to beach and city of Chatham. Check-in was smooth and kitchen was good sized and had all the necessary gadgets and equipment a family would need on vacation.

Deck furniture could be cleaner. Need better lighting in living room. Basement was a disappointment. Bushes at both entrances need trimming. Steep driveway should be mentioned in listing.

AC was cold, but glad to have it when it was hot. House was comfy and huge. Outdoor shower, dining and grill were a huge plus. Game room in the basement, beach chairs, boogie boards and kayaks, were nice too. We tried to follow the described path to the pond, but it was overgrown, full of poison ivy, and you needed to go into neighbors' patio area to reach the pond. We would stay there again.

Overall property was fine, they do not have central air so the living room, kitchen and main areas of the house were sitting at 76-81° during our stay. Rooms were not clean and there was mold in bathroom on 2nd floor There was quite a musty smell coming from the basement although we still thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table. Water pressure in the showers were great.

We’ve vacationed on the Cape for over 40 years and and highly recommend The Coast is Clear. Beautiful home in a great location with every amenity. Clean with comfortable beds and a kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes,etc. Private deck to enjoy morning coffee and dinners. Our grandsons loved using the kayaks on the nearby pond and the foldable poker table was a hit! If you have a larger family, this is where you want to be. We are already thinking about next summer!

Reviewer Comments: Other than finding, confirming and paying for the rental we had no contact with the property management company.The only issue with the location is Agnes Lane itself. It is difficult to enter and exit onto or off of Queen Ann Rd. We got the hang of it by the time we were leaving.There's only one issue with the property itself. We'd have liked to be able to open more windows, more screens needed. The upstairs got stuffy though it was not always hot enough to have the air conditioners going.It was great to have a table on the deck that easily sat all of us. (Trees need trimming at deck rail) Kitchen is remarkable well stocked with cooking/serving tools. And lots and lots of beach playthings in the garage.A great house for 3 generations of family to enjoy.

The front yard was a bit unkept but we mowed the grass and it was fine after that. The only thing is we had a issue with one of our cars, it needed to be towed and the neighbor across the street got a bit annoyed with the tow truck being there which was absolutely ridiculous behavior.

The vacuum did not work so it was difficult to keep the house clean. We were also not aware that the house was directly under the flight path for the airport. Planes were flying over most of Sat and Sun. The rest of the week was not as bad. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation.
