The third floor reversed-living family area (accessible by elevator) offers a state-of-the-art kitchen and an open floor plan living room and dining room. There is a huge deck for grilling, eating, and sunning, but the treasure is the screened-in eating porch with limitless views of the LBI coast. Access to the dune beach walk is directly from the home’s secluded and beautifully landscaped patio and garden. For those preferring not to walk across the dunes, the famous “Trolly” is available down the street.
