The first floor has a nice-sized family-TV room, a full bath, a bedroom with a set of twins and another bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor has a living room and dining area with a beautiful contemporary kitchen and a nice-sized deck. The deck includes an outdoor table and six chairs along with a gas grill. The indoor table seats eight and there are four stools with backs at the kitchen counter. Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a king bed and a bath, one bedroom with a set of twins and one full bath. The third floor is a master suite with a king bed with its own sitting area and a master bath. A private deck on this third floor level completes the master suite area. In recent years plantation blinds were installed in three areas along with a new washer and dryer and a new dishwasher. New furniture for the second floor living area, and several years ago, two new refrigerators were purchased for the kitchen and the garage.
