Beautiful stylish house, nice furniture, both interior and in the backyard.Blankets, pillows linens and towels exactly as we needed.Kitchen appliances, cutting boards, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. all there.Host super friendly and flexible, always ready to respond to minor questions.Neighborhood very upscale and safe. Beautiful beach. There was 10 of us, and we fit nicely. One of us slept downstairs, mostly because we did not want to leave the dog alone.AC worked just fine, we did not need to touch it, the temp was perfect both day and night. Hot water takes a minute to come out in the kitchen sink, and low flow in 1st floor bathroom sink, but shower pressure was great at both floors. There is also a spacious enclosed shower outside which we did not use. Bikes could use some TLC, but those were advertised on as is basis, so no complains.Would definitely consider this place again if we had an occasion in the future.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It has everything you need and more. Best of all, it's not like typical rental homes that are frequently bare or sterile feeling. This house has a ton of character and it was perfect for our family. The beach cart and toys were a major plus. The screened in porch was ideal as well. We'd be happy to return.

We had a relaxing vacation in this charming house with a short walk to a beautiful beach, ice cream shop and restaurants. The house was stocked with everything a family needs for a beach visit (and more), and the backyard was a great spot to find some shade and eat as a family. The host is fantastic and has thought of everything.

This home was perfect in all ways. Great summer retreat, nearly on the beach. It was comfortable and pleasingly furnished. The front three-season porch, where we spent much time, was kept quite pleasant by the ceiling fans even on the hottest days. With beach passes, beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys we could not have asked for a more inviting accommodation.

My adult kids and I have a delightful four night stay at this charming house just one block from the beach. Owner Kathryne was so friendly, helpful and an A plus communicator before and during our stay. The house was spacious and super clean, with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and every amenity possible. The first floor had many beautiful gathering spaces while the five bedrooms upstairs offered plenty of sleeping options, all with comfortable beds. The fenced backyard had multiple spots to lounge, play corn hole or jump on a cruiser to bike the lovely streets of Sea Girt. A very quick walk takes you to a pristine, quiet beach complete with a nice boardwalk for a stroll. Just a really sweet house, full of character. Will definitely look to visit again!

We had a wonderful week at the shore. We knew the location would be awesome so close to the beach, and it was, but the house was also perfect. The house had plenty of space, and was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed to have a great week. One of the nicest surprises was the furnishings and decorations. I've been coming to the Jersey Shore for over 40 years, and the decor had many classic shore touches that made this VRBO feel like our home at the shore for the week.

What a wonderful house. Full of history and lots of space to accommodate our party of 8. Great workable kitchen loaded with appliances, plates, silverware, gadgets and more. Everyone had their own room for sleeping which my 12 year old granddaughter absolutely loved. We hung out in the backyard a great deal and used the grill which worked great. Nice big table with lots of chairs for everyone too. Kathryne was super nice and helpful when we first arrived. She provided a bounty of beach towels, bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards. Lastly, we all loved the outdoor shower!! Sea Girt is a great place to have a relaxing vacation. Close enough to Point Pleasant activities, and some super seafood restaurants. Our family flew in from NM and CO and pick up at the Manasquan train station was very convenient from the house as well. We would definitely stay here again.
