Stayed Oct 10, 2025It was okay. It did the job but wasn’t above and beyond. Online, it said check in was at 4. The owner said they don’t open it until 5? Didn’t see anywhere that it said 5 until friends were waiting 30 minutes to get in and I asked about it. Only 1 set of trash bags and definitely not enough toilet paper for 8 people. There was no toilet paper in the basement at all. Didn’t see anywhere online that he said he would not provide any extras, like he said it was posted. No beach towels, tiny pool with trash in it (beer can, band aid, etc.), no seating for the large deck. Could use a deep clean. There were cobwebs and dirt/grime on the baseboards. The rug in the living room was gross. Overall, it was fine. It did what we needed but there was nothing that made this home a wonderful stay.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The pool looked much bigger in the pictures. It was a nice condo that accommodated us all very well. It did not seem as clean as it could have been when we arrived. We had black feet after walking on the floor barefooted, but everything else was great. The owner met us at check-in and was very personable. That goes a long way in my book.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025Great place lots of room and close to the beach. Couple light bulbs out in some rooms. Needs a little tender loving care with some extra cleaning like sliding door track and ceiling fans. Towels and bedding clean. Towel bars in the bathrooms need replacing. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters, extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Chairs out on the decks would be nice.
