5 Bed, 2 Bath Split Level Home Big Yard on NE Side of Cedar Rapids

The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and convenient location.

The place worked great for us. It was clean and looks nice with just a few rough edges here and there. We were quite comfortable but didn't use the kitchen at all. Being clean and comfortable was the most important aspect to us so this was great! Six adults in total and we had plenty of room.

Good location and easy to get around from. Our stay was split in two and will return here before going home. Pet friendly and a small park right behind house for the dogs to check out.

3 families stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The property was very clean. Mark was great with communicating with us. We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property.

This home was bright, clean, and comfortable, in a great location, and served our needs perfectly. Mark was easy to work with and a great communicator.

The house was great, our favorite part was the massive tv in the sitting room for us to relax in. The neighborhood we were in was adorable with so much to do. The hosts were great at communicating, there had been an overbooking issue so they immediately contacted us and upgraded our house to a larger one. Our only complaint was that their cleaning process could be better. We found empty food wrappers and dishes is one of the bedroom drawers and some of the dishes seemed to have not been cleaned fully by the dishwasher. Other than that our stay was great and we would recommend!

The house was very clean with modern conveniences. The central location was great, central to everywhere we wanted to go.

Only 1/2 hour from Iowa City to the house, so good for getting to the game. Plenty of room.

We loved the comfortable furniture and sufficient beds and space for our yearly gathering of six dear friends from long-ago high school days. The neighborhood was quiet and your location gave us easy access to the sites we wanted to visit. Thank you.

Place was great. But I had to contact the property manager because we hadn’t heard from him close to check in time. He had forgotten we were arriving that day and wasn’t in the office. However, he did get someone to get right back to me with all the info.

Easy to find and close to stores. Stayed for a wedding and really enjoyed the place. We would vook again.

Very nice place to stay, homey and comfortable. Even during a storm and tornado warning we felt safe!

The house was very clean with plenty of towels for our group of 6. Very easy access to highway & locations we were going. My only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the bedrooms so people can get ready while sharing the master bathroom. We would certainly consider this house again while in CR!

Property manager easy to get ahold of through messaging. Had a good and easy experience. House was very big, comfortable, and a great neighborhood location. However the house was a little run down, nothing too fancy.

This VBRO stay was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our family enjoyed every minute of their trip to Cedar Rapids. The communication with our host was timely and helpful. We highly recommend this property, and will definitely rent it again in Two years when our daughter graduates.
