• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay.
Fresh linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring washcloths.

• REUNION VILLAGE PARKING
- Free on-site parking. Driveway available. The garage has been converted into a game room.
- No parking on the street.
- No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk.
- Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.

THERE IS NO ACCESS TO WATERPARK/ CLUBHOUSE/ RESORT AMENITIES.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $75 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature.
Keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 for the entire stay

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place the trash in the plastic bin located on the side of the house daily to keep the home clean.

• HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
