House was excellent place for 3 families to come together. Space is aplenty, house was very clean, hot tub lovely, responsiveness and kindness of host outstanding, and proximity to nearby trails was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Everything was great for our 7-person group! Plenty of towels, storage space, and rooms available. Owner was quick to communicate and assisted us before booking with all of our inquiries. Local area was charming, with plenty of nearby eating options while still being able to enjoy a much-needed escape from city life.

Was spacious and worked well for 12.

Check in was simple, and Beth (our host) was easy to communicate with. It was a great place for our family gathering. The kids loved the hidden library. There was plenty of dining space to eat together, and use for games and puzzles. The living area is very comfortable with lots of seating, and we loved the saltwater spa, not smelling like chlorine afterwards. It's a short walk to a trailhead to some waterfalls, and there were deer and turkeys all around the neighborhood. Also, plenty of parking for our three cars, and a relatively short drive to several sights. Overall very happy with the home.

The Mountain View was so lovely. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the balcony. The hot tub was clean and warm. For those wanting to hike, the trailhead is practically next door. My children had a wonderful time fishing in Green Mountain Falls and want to return. My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary and enjoyed the short drive to have a memorable dinner in Colorado Springs. We also enjoyed meals at local Green Mountain Falls establishments. Overall, we experienced an unforgettable stay and hope to vacation in this lovely home again!

We had the best time! It was truly a great place to stay, it was in the mountains and the river was running close by. We went fishing and hi king, roasted marshmallows! It was absolutely amazing, we did not want to leave!

We loved our long weekend here while visiting our cadet at USAFA! The location was beautiful with trails to explore right at the front door! An extra perk was the fishing poles ready to go that our youngest enjoyed especially! Thank you for the well thought out kitchen staples, too! These made meals much more tasty!

Amazing location. Amazing hosts. Amazing property. Everyone in our family loved this property. Hot tub and fire pit made the nights relaxing and being located next to trailheads and waterfalls there’s always something to keep you busy. This was our first time CO and we will be back. The hosts were great, sharing trails and atv tips. A 10/10.

We enjoyed a relaxing family getaway to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary! The house offered the perfect location to relax and enjoy the views while being a short drive from kids’ activities, hiking, shopping, and golf.

The lodge was very nice and accommodated our family of 8 very well. It’s located within a 30 minute drive to all the attractions you want to do and see in the Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs area. The outdoor space and hot tub are so nice for relaxing after a long day of excursions. However, there is a cabin directly behind the outdoor space, but a small fence provides privacy. We were not bothered by the residence behind the lodge. Just a note: there are two sets of steep stairs one to the main living space and one to the 3 3rd story bedrooms. Plenty of baby gates are provided to protect little ones or pets. The kitchen is well equipped, however the pots and pans could to be updated. We had a wonderful stay and saw a bear the morning we were leaving. The hosts were very accommodating and kind!

Beautiful home with all the amenities.

We loved everything about our stay. We met up with another family of 5 (10 total) and this location was perfect. We did daily walks on the hiking trails, relaxed on the balcony and back patio, and our kids loved the salt water hot tub. We had an easy drive to visit the Royal Gorge and a great dinner at The Blue Moose Tavern. The owners were attentive to any questions that we had. The location was quiet and so relaxing, which is just what we were looking for.

Great location for a Christmas/mountain getaway. Plenty of room and amenities available. Owner communication was great.

Catamount Lodge was a perfect place for our family stay-cation. Lots of room, super clean, well stocked. Loved the dining room table for family meals and game playing. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a great house with plenty of amenities. Secluded but close to Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate by the gas fire pit on the deck while watching awe-inspiring sun rises. Kids (23-30) tried the hot tub and loved it. Rhey also walked the nearby trail. The kitchen is well appointed and had lots of condiments, spices, and more. If you love seeing wildlife like we do, there were plenty of mule deer wandering around, some as close as 10 feet from the house. The owner responded quickly to questions we had. If we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again, we will definitely stay here.

The house was lovely and family had a great time socializing with each other. The location is wonderful and very quiet.
