Guests Must Be 21+ to Book – ID verification required.

✔ $300 Security Deposit Hold – Released post-departure if no damages
✔ Signed Rental Agreement – Must be completed within 24 hours of booking

Guests receive a digital guidebook with check-in details, house rules, and local recommendations.

Security & Property Policies

We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with Unlock Stay properties; hence, our home security systems include entry sensors and an active, recording audio and video device at the front door.
