4BR/4Bath Townhome w/AC, Walk to Ski, Golf, Tennis, Hiking and More!

Best place I've stayed in and i travel a lot. Barbara is the best. Five stars all the way

The property was awesome but most importantly, Barbara is a super host.

Convenience to slopes was incredible. Also everything was super cozy.

This exceptionally well-maintained unit was like visiting our own vacation home. The owner has filled the property with many amenities. e.g., all bathrooms come with supplies and extra towels. The kitchen is one of the well-stocked ones I've encountered, with quality pans, glass leftover containers, and a junk drawer that everyone has at home, with everything from birthday candles to a mini stapler. The family room has a giant TV, the living room has a large selection of family games and toys for young children, and the balcony overlooks the resort's golf course. For skier families, which we are, it's about a 500-yard walk to the ticket window and earshot to the tubing park. . There is one caveat: STAIRS... be aware there are stairs into the unit, the sleeping quarters are up/down stairs, and the walk to the resort is uphill and through a set of janky stairs. However, that being said, we will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Sugar Mountain

Our host Barbara was amazing! Her home is spotless and she has thought of everything! So much ski equipment storage, boot/glove drying station and dryer, big, soft towels, lots of cozy blankets and puzzles/games galore! The view of the snow tubers was fun, crazy short walk to the slopes, fully equipped kitchen with everything we could have ever needed- spices, oil, coffee, slow cooker with liners! It felt like a home and not a rental. Comfy beds and updated everything. We slept 4 adults and 4 kids with room to spare. Game table was awesome so we didn’t have to clean up a game to eat. Our kids may have officially graduated from sugar mtn slopes (3rd time here) but if we come back- we will def book here again! Just wish we would have found this unit sooner! Thank you for a great few days to make memories with our kids and parents!

Awesome host! Had everything we needed at the room. Place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in Sugar Mountain. The communication from the host was great. The townhouse was very clean, well equipped and had instructions for almost everything in the townhouse that you needed. The view of the mountains was extra special. All of the showers had the small shower heads replaced with large square railheads which was very nice. I would highly recommend Barbara the Host and this VRBO stay in Sugar Mountain.

Wonderful location with easy walk to Sugar Mountain to ski. Great layout, super clean, responsive host, and so many special touches including lots of kitchen items. We loved our stay and would love to stay again!!

The condo was awesome! The location was great, so easy to get to the slopes without having to worry about parking. It was well stocked with everything we needed and so cozy. Nice decor, comfy beds. and a bathroom with each bedroom was so nice. Would definitely go back! Host was also super responsive and great to work with!

The unit was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed. Unit overlooked 1st tee on Grandfather Mt. golf course. Our hostess was wonderful and we knew if we wanted or needed anything she was available to help. This was an A experience.

our stay at Barbara's townhouse was wonderful. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms really came in handy, and though we were just one family, the house would be a great set-up for 2 families. There was ample seating in the dining area and tons of plates and silverware - made it so we didn't have to run the dishwasher every day, and would be perfect for a crowd. Lots of details were well thought out, like having several hooks for towels in the bathrooms and for jackets in the entryway. Our kids loved that there were toys and games, and that the back deck opened onto a large green space where they could run around. Barbara was very responsive if we had any questions. We'd stay again if in the area.

We loved our stay!! Walkable to ice skating, tubing, and skiing and plenty of room in the house. Equipped with everything you need!

Our stay at Sugar High was WONDERFUL! Communication with the owner was very responsive and clear. The condo was so beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. The condo was also very well stocked with lots of daily essentials if you might have forgotten something. It was VERY clean upon arrival with vacuum marks in the sofa. This condo is right across the street from Sugar which made it very convenient for our older kids to walk back and forth between sessions. This is an annual trip for our family and Sugar High has been hands down our favorite condo. You can tell that a lot of heart and soul have gone into this condo! We will definitely stay at this wonderful condo again if it is available next time. Thank you for sharing your place with our family!

The amenities, cleanliness, decorative nature, comfort and availability of everything from shampoo to spices and cleaning supplies were beyond expectation. The location was easily within walking distance of the Sugar Mountain ski lodge, which was a blessing both when we went to ski and to walk back too, dead dog tired. The owner is absolutely sweet, caring and great to work with. Will dedinitely be back!

Absolute lovely home. House was quick to reply and very accommodating. This is a rare find so close to the slopes. Super clean and plenty of supplies in the kitchen.

I took some teen girls and teen boys and the set up allows for boys to be downstairs and girls to be on 3rd floor. It was perfect for a group that wanted to have them safely split up. Excellent location and when I get there the owner was quick to respond when I didn't know where I was going! (6 teens will make you forget where to go!) Everything we needed was there. Comfortable and clean....thanks you so much.

Barbara was very responsive and had everything ready when we arrived. The house is very accommodating and has incredible views of the mountains and tubing hill. Each bedroom is its own suite and the middle floor is more than enough communal space for everyone to hangout. We were able to walk to the slopes, even with little ones. The downstairs suite has access to the backyard which is great for the kids to be able to play.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The warmth and coziness of the space made it hard to leave, so much so that we found ourselves skipping a few hours of skiing just to enjoy the comfort of our surroundings.The host, Barbara, was exceptional. Her prompt and thoughtful responses made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. It was clear that she had meticulously considered every little detail to ensure a perfect stay. The property was equipped with heating and air conditioning units in every room, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the bathrooms had heaters as well!Overall, this property provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making our getaway truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

This condo is walking distance to the Sugar Mountain Resort. It is far enough away that we were entertained watching all the Resort activity but never bothered by any noise or amount of people. A perfect place to stay! The condo itself is beautiful. Has a place for skis/sleds, everything. Every room furnished perfectly . . . the beds were wonderful. Barbara is a fantastic host! She has really taken the time to think about what someone might need while they are there and furnished it. We had one problem while we were there and she had it taken care of before we hardly even knew we had a problem. So very thoughtful! This is a beautiful place to stay regardless of the season. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. I hope we are able to come back again.

Location was excellent for hitting the slopes! Quiet, all the amenities we wanted and plenty of room for the five of us.

Not only is this townhome located ideally for scenic views & a great skiing experience, but the decor & amenities are amazing! The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure her guests have every supply, the kitchen has excellent cookware, the additional soft blankets are cuddle worthy, & the furniture is exquisite down to the lamps & wall decor.We can’t wait to return!
