Great stay overall. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made everything very convenient. The property is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of appliances, making it easy to cook. The foosball/ mini ping-pong/mini pool table was a fun bonus. The jacuzzi works well, and there’s a nice outdoor area right next to it to relax. There’s also a park within walking distance with a covered basketball court and playground, which is great for families.The Toyota Soccer Complex is only about a 12-minute drive away, which was perfect for us. The owner provided detailed instructions and was a great communicator throughout.

Clean, quiet, plenty of parking, shopping and restaurants nearby! We had a large group and this home had ample space! 4 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom! Spacious open kitchen and living area for gathering. Our host communicated quickly and clearly. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for family wedding. Nice clean space with plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was clean and full of dishes. 2 car attached garage in the back of the house makes it easier to get in without climbing stairs.

Great home. Very comfortable for a large family. Nice location.

House was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own space and we didnt feel crowded. The kids lived the game table and their rooms.

We had 4 couples staying for a conference and the accommodations were exactly what we needed each morning and evening at home.

Served its purpose for a weekend trip. More than enough room for the 4 of us.

The entire house was well equipped for guests and we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a great experience for a group of gals. The only thing was the cooling upstairs didnt work the first night but after a call to the host the next day, it was fixed and we were back to being happy campers. The hot tub was wonderful as well.We recommend this vrbo for a wonderful weekend stay with friends and family!

Everything in the home was just like the pictures which a huge thing for me. The home was very clean. The host was extremely nice and communicated well with us. I would definitely stay here again. We had a great time!!!

Easy to get in and out of. We were visiting family, so it was mostly a place to sleep, but it fit the bill perfectly. Rooms all have flat screen TVs with streaming services. Can park in the garage.

We were very pleased with this property. Plenty of room for five adults and our 3-year-old granddaughter. The location is close to everything. Frisco is a great place to visit. This duplex is good quality and clean, with four restrooms. Tina is great to work and a good communicator. Very happy.

Nice house and great location

The property and location was very nice and quiet. The host was very pleasant. Any questions we had she responded promptly. The only suggestion that I’d make would be placing TV’s in all bedrooms.

I rented this location to visit with family that live in the area. I originally booked this location to visit family around Thanksgiving but I had cancel that reserve time and rebooked for Easter. The host responded within minutes when I had issues/questions. As for the property, the house itself has plenty of room to accommodate my crew of 6 adults and 5 kids. The backyard is a lot smaller than the pictures let on but it was still plenty of room for us.The house was cleaned very well. We had bathroom and cleaning supplies provided. Overall 9/10 will recommend.

It was a great time and a comfortable and inviting home. Only feedback I have is the listing made it seem that there was a separate game room and we did not have that. But otherwise great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We explored Frisco and many things it has to offer. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and it has great amenities. This house is centrally located and was perfect for us.

The location and cleanliness of this property was wonderful! The host was generally easy to communicate with and it was great to have a garage to park in. It would have been nice to have a few blankets for the beds.

We had a great stay on this visit to Frisco. Location was super close to everything we needed on our trip. The house had a ton of space, and amenities were provided. Quiet end of a street, so no traffic or street noise. Great communication from the owner - would definitely stay here again

Nice home and had all amenities stated. Property was well cleaned. Zero complaints!

The pad was perfect for me and my group. We came to the metroplex for the area. We used the backyard's grill and hot tub (both worked great) and had plenty of space for our whole group. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils for us to cook our meals at home. The neighborhood was space and there was ample parking for all of our cars between the front curb and the back driveway. Strong recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Frisco area!

Overall, the House was great! The host was responsive to messages on regarding check in process. The only annoying thing was one of the neighbors came and knocked on the door because we had too many cars parked on the street. We weren’t even blocking any driveways. She said she had to receive deliveries and that she would call the cops if we didn’t move them. Definitely annoying and weird. We moved all the cars into the drive way. We were only allowed two cars on the street.

Was very nice and very reasonable. Easy check in and check out!
