4BR/4.5Bath Spacious Family Home +Walk to KyleField

Our family of 8 loved our stay here! The house could not be more perfect with each bedroom having their own full bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen was a dream! The large living area, with the most comfortable couches ever made visiting so much fun! The fenced front and back yard was perfect for our chihuahua to explore. This is our second time staying here and it won’t be our last. This is our favorite house in CStat!

This property was perfect for our family! We felt right at home when we arrived. The house was large and accommodating, as well as spotless clean! We really loved this property for how close it was to campus. Just an easy walk to Aggie Park and on toward all the sports. Instructions were easy to follow and communication was great! We look forward to coming back for another game day experience.

A wonderful home!! The house was outfitted with all kind of amenities. Meticulously maintained home ; very clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. The fenced in yard was great for the kids and short walk to Kyle field ! We hope to be able rent again next football season !

Cute house in a great location close to campus. Completely fenced in yard, front and back, was great for pets. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating in every way. Highly recommend this property.

I booked this home for me and my extended family to stay for the weekend and it was in the perfect location for proximity to campus locales we planned to visit. The ease of getting in and out of the home was great and it was so nice that everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Our family just spent nine days at this wonderful house for an early Christmas celebration. The house was perfect for our group which was myself husband two kids and their significant others. We each had our own en suite bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked most meals at home, the outdoor fire pit was fun for s’mores and hanging out at night, and we were able to bring our golden retriever with us instead of boarding him. The location is perfect for getting around to any part of town and we will definitely be booking this for any future stays.

We had a wonderful time visiting for an Aggie football game. The house is beautiful, and very convenient to the Texas A&M campus.

We stayed a couple nights to celebrate my daughter’s ring day with family. We found the house suited our needs, the completely gated yard was especially nice for our dog and kids!
