We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for the weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick and easy trip to the beach. My family especially loved using the bikes provided, which made exploring the area so much fun! The pool was another highlight—absolutely gorgeous and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We didn’t have time to try out the pickleball courts, but it was such a nice bonus to know that was an amenity available. The host was fantastic and made everything seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfection from the moment we entered the property! All of our needs away from home were met. Everything was clean and well appointed. We’d rent here again, for sure!!! Thank you for the lovely stay!

This home was perfect for my group of 9. We came with 6 kids, and they all had a bed to sleep in, which is always a challenge with so many of them! The bunk bed room was just the right fit for 4 of the kids, and the rest had a beautiful room with 2 beds by the game room. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the bikes. Two of my kids actually learned how to ride without training wheels during this stay, which was really exciting! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, especially with the beautiful screened in back porch. The front deck/balcony was also great to watch the kids biking. The entire house was immaculately clean, and we had everything we needed (sheets, towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc.). I highly recommend this lovely home.

Perfect spot for a beach trip with another family and our five collective children! The house was large and comfortable and had literally everything we could possibly need. The hosts were communicative and helpful, check in and check out were a breeze. Would highly recommend.

The house and property was excellent. Our host was wonderful and went out of his way to supply bicycles for my grandchildren during our stay.The Club House pool and gym was amazing. Will be back next year. Also, the towels were in the bathrooms were like you were staying in the Marriott.

The property is immaculate with all the necessities. John was responsive as soon as we reached out with any questions. Would highly recommend this home. The community is very nice and we also enjoyed the pool, fitness center and community lending library.

John was very accommodating and assisted with all of our needs. The house was very comfortable and the location was close enough to attractions but far enough to enjoy peaceful evenings with the family. I would recommend this property for others that are looking for these qualities.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog and had a wonderful time. The home was even better than the photos—spacious, very clean, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking. There were plenty of towels, and we really appreciated the extras like beach towels and chairs. The location was great—an easy drive to the beach in a safe, friendly community. We also enjoyed the community amenities and spent some time by the pool. Communication was quick and helpful, and the host provided great local recommendations. We’d love to stay again!

John & Elizabeth are wonderful hosts! Very responsive, kind and accommodating. The home is incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated, spacious and by far the best stocked with supplies that we’ve ever experienced. It made our stay super comfortable and convenient. My family had a great time and we are looking forward to staying again!

Nice sized family room and dining room. Perfect for watching football and playing board games. Good WiFi too for the online games. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Community has sidewalks for safe walking. Check in had a slight hiccup but John was easy to contact and got it worked out. We would be happy to return!

Lovely property - well maintained and outfitted

We rented the house for a week with our family & Friends. The house was just a describing the listing. Very spacious with an open concept so everyone could hang out in the kitchen and living area. Game room was great. House came with plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was a great location close to lots of restaurants and shopping and only about 10 minutes from the downtown beach area. Would definitely rent this place again.
