4BR Watercolor Beach House on 30a! 6-Seat LSV, Near Pool. Short Ride to Beach

Great stay! Nice large house, well equipped and comfortable, good location.

The house is nice, and the location in the neighborhood is perfect if you have little ones.

This rental is the perfect location for families with children! The playground and pool being right outside the front door was amazing. Also, the golf cart for our family was a great bonus. And we enjoyed using what looked like a brand new gas oven. That said, the property is due for some repairs. The interior doors don't seem to lock, and the 1st floor master bath sliding doors are extremely difficult to open and close. My toddler kept pushing them all the way open, and we almost couldn't get them to close again, as there is nothing to grab onto. The only TV that streams anything is the small one in the living room. All 4 bedrooms have TVs but for one reason or another, none of them would work for us, even attempted to plug our tablet into the HDMI of the master bedroom, and it just doesn't work. Thankfully we had perfect weather during our stay, so we were outdoors a lot anyways. None of these things would deter us from staying here again though, thank you for a great place to vacation!

You can’t beat the location of this house. A short walk to the pool and a quick cart ride to the beach. The house is nice and clean. All the bedrooms are good sizes and have their own bathroom.It gets crazy hot upstairs. Which is part of being at the beach in July, but it was 74 every night when we went to bed no matter how cold we made the rest of the house. Im surprised they don’t put box fans in each of the closets (we’ve stayed at other houses that do and it definitely helps)My only other complaint is the amenities in the kitchen- the toaster is ancient, some of the outlets don’t work, and there are not enough pots and pans to cook for the amount of people coming to the beach in a 4 bedroom home.The management company is responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

We had 4 adults and one child who stayed at this property and it was wonderful! The property is right across the street from the playground and Camp Watercolor. The house itself was beautiful. The golf cart seemed a little older than most but it ran well and got us to where we needed. The communication was great and replied quickly if you have any issues. You have access to all Watercolor pools! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time. Shower upstairs didn’t work very well. Location was great for the kids.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house needs maintenance. Screen door repair (won’t shut), garage door lock needs repaired, door lock upstairs needs repaired. It just appears that exterior has been neglected. A dead animal smell by garbage can area which faded some by the time we left.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The convenience to Camp Watercolor was unmatched and the golf cart made it so easy to get to and from the beach. We’ve stayed in a Watercolor home closer to the beach before where we walked back and forth with our wagon and this was honestly easier. The house could definitely use some updating but we would stay here again.

Although we didn’t have little kids with us, the location to Camp Watercolor and the playground couldn’t be any better. Overall the house was clean and well equipped. We did have a couple of issues on the trip. The main floor AC wasn’t working when we first arrived but luckily the temperature wasn’t too bad and was fixed quickly. The golf cart was a great feature but stopped working a couple days before we left and wasn’t fixed while we were still there.

We had a very nice visit at Water Color and enjoyed the house and its location. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we didn't use the amenities or the golf cart. The home is lovely and very spacious. Only negative is the tv was not working. Although management sent someone, they were not able to fix it. I'm sure this will be remedied before the next stay. Highly recommend.

Our family of 6 stayed here after Christmas. The house had great space for us to spread out and a big family room where we could all hang out together! Also, great porches on both levels. The house is located directly across from camp watercolor which is great for the pools, ( all are heated), lazy river and basketball also Publix is only 2 miles away. Our first few days the weather was cooler and rainy but it warmed up and we enjoyed time at the beach club, walks and bike rides.There are great trails that go behind the houses and take you to the lakes which have beautiful views. Blue Beach Properties made the whole process easy from checkin to checkout. They were very responsive with all our needs throughout our stay! A couple notes… While we were excited to have the golf cart, we did have to have it serviced because it runs very slowly.Also, the Internet in the house was very spotty and would buffer a lot when watching TV or movies, or using your phone. Overall great family time in a nice space!

However, the house must have been flooded downstairs at one point and not properly restored/mitigated. The floors are warped and worn and the doors and baseboards are in need of repair. Lots of items are in the same shape. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job too. I think that if the owner took the offseason and did the repairs and updates, it would be a 10. I have to give it a low 7.

Mixed reviews for this property after my second stay here. Can’t beat the location of this property but it seems like every time we’re here there’s been something with the house that is annoying but has been handled by the mgmt company in a timely manner. This time the a/c was clogged and it was 85 degrees when we were trying to put kids to sleep. There is pretty bad mildew in the master shower that should be addressed. I would come back to this location again with the location being perfect for us with kids, the golf cart is a plus, and the management company has shown to be as helpful as possible.
