Stayed Aug 15, 2025We were disappointed with our stay @ The Montrose Standard Luxury Home. We didn't even stay for the second night because it was so worn and felt dirty. The home is very rundown and there were large sticky mouse traps lying all over the place. It would not take a lot to remodel bathrooms and give the place a fresh paint job. I have never left a review like this before but it is beyond warranted. Shocking that as a host/owner of many VRBO properties in HTown, this standard is okay with owner. The home has a lot of character and has so much potential, it just needs some TLC.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024The home was amazing and we had a blast. Great location and not far from clubs ands bars and plenty of restaurants.
