The whole house was dirty. The pool was unusable. Heater didn’t work and it wasn’t clean. We reached out to the host and didn’t get a response. Location to beach was nice. The house had some necessities but it was a mismatch of things. There weren’t any dish cloths or garbage bags.

The place was roomy, great location and nice that all bedrooms had a bath. It was a great place for our family to stay for a few days. And our host was very responsive. Things that brought it from a 5 to a 4 were that there were some functionality issues with the kitchen and jacuzzi didn't work.

The location was amazing, so happy with the beach. Unfortunately, really lacked cleanliness. The pool was dirty and the furniture by it was unusable because the cushions and seats were so gross, so we weren’t able to use the pool. Found three dead roaches in a guest bedroom, and one shower had sand all over

Great home in a fantastic location! Unfortunately, it was poorly maintained for such a nice house. Door knobs coming off/loose and had trouble getting in and out of doors because of it. Outdoor fridge was broken which would have been nice to have by the pool. We had 11 people so we ran out of fridge space inside. Beach tent was a great amenity. Walls pretty scuffed up. Master Suite was gorgeous! Couch had huge pile of sand on it when we arrived. Didn't expect it to be immaculate since there are so many people in and out, but needs more consistent maintenance and better detailed cleaning at their price point. Overall it was a gorgeous house, even better location and we had a great time. Nice enough to book again most likely.

I really enjoyed our stay at this rental, it was so close to the beach! I was a little hesitant at first not being directly on or behind the beach, but it was such a short walk that I was quickly reassured. Ubers were always 15 minutes or so to Las Olas, so the location is really nice in that aspect as well. We had quite a few people and there was more than enough sleeping room

Wonderful location. This is steps from the beach. The property has loads of room, and lovely outside space. The main bedroom is elegant. The other three are small but have very comfortable beds.I was suprised that it was missing some basics like bath soap, kleenex, and not enough dish detergent. We were able to get everything at stores about 1 mile away but you may want to check their list before you arrive. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was THE BEST but overall not worth the 12k spent, dealing with the many challenges at this property. there was a consistent musty odor inside, despite candles and plug ins. Poor wifi, no access at all upstairs. no washlcothes at all, after reaching out several times, someone finally brought some over 3 days in to our stay. Had to pay to heat the hot tub & pool but it was dirty. We were told someone would be there to clean it, but came last day of our stay. Hot tub drain was uncovered and was a potential hazard. Overall cleanliness at the house was lacking w/no cleaning supplies available. Mopped the floors ourselves, purchased surface cleaner & things to keep it clean during our stay. There were gnats everwhere, tiny bugs crawling over every surface in the kitchen, even in the cabinets. Sewer gas consistent in double queen downstairs bedroom.Thermostat locked & set at 70, should be a range b/c 70 is not comfortable to some people. No smoke alarms upstairs. Several large mirrors on display throughout the house were not secured, one actually fell and injured our grandmother. Shower handle broken off in queen downstairs bedroom. Shelves missing & drawers not useable in frig.Curtain rods in master were so rusted & hard to close drapes, actually was cut by one trying to close them. Roku in downstairs queen bedroom was not operative. Open holes in walls and a lot of markings that need patched and painted. Broken tile on floor throughout that could cut your foot.

Loved the closeness to the beach; the hot tub and pool. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc. To take to the beach. The inside was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. A plus was the laundry room. Bedrooms and baths were neat and clean.

The house was exactly as advertised, and the check in process was very smooth. The host was attentive and worked well with our group. Some of our guests were escaping the hurricane and the pool was the perfect way to unwind.

My friends and I rented this Vrbo to get together. The owner was so accommodating and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. They had towels enough for every guest, chairs and a nice big fridge. It was such a beautiful and fun place to stay. We also were able to walk to a couple restaurants during our stay which was nice. I loved it! ❤️
