➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, one locked closet is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. Other than that, guests will have full access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Free 2-car garage parking and driveway parking for 2 cars are available for guest use.

Other Things to Note:

➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency. Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range. The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee temperatures outside this range or 100% system uptime, as frequent guest use may occasionally cause the system to require maintenance or repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.



➤ Pool heating is provided by an electric pool heater. The pool temperature is typically maintained between 78°F and 82°F; however, actual water temperature may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions and can occasionally be as low as 70°F during cooler periods.
