Stayed Jul 10, 2024Unfortunately, I would not recommend this vacation rental for several reasons. 1. We had major bug/Nat infestation throughout the whole house but mainly in the main floor (kitchen and living area). If was so bad that we had to buy nat traps and tape which didn’t even remedy the situation. 2. Outside garage door access was broken. 3. Master bedroom bath knobs were broke and the other two bath tub diverters were also broke and only allowed for showers. Our young children couldn’t take baths. 4. The rental is not as nice as the pictures show. Door knobs were missing, lights were burned out, the dishwasher was discussingly dirty and we couldn’t get the bottom floor tv to work. There was also trash and weeds in the front of the house. 5. If you have young children or seniors, this is not the rental for you as this is a 4 story unit with many steps / stairs. The host, Rebecca, specifically said to reach out with any issues which we did for the unacceptable bug issue but did not respond. This rental just needs some TLC. Great proximity to Little Italy and price. We enjoyed watching the air planes fly right over the house.

Stayed May 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay here. The location is so close to little Italy our favorite part of San Diego. It's nice that there's parking and there's a lot of room even though it doesn't look it from the outside. Great city views on the deck too!

Stayed Mar 15, 2024Property is located in a good central location. Parking is scarce, I was advised about a plumber coming to fix a faucet but was never advised when although we waited, no one ever let us know when they were coming so wasted some time. There were several issues with plumbing such as shower heads not working properly and one bathroom faucet that cold water would not come out. Initially given wrong code to garage but I was able to get one after checking in. Slow drain in shower of hallway bathroom in 2nd floor. Carpets in living room and upper bathroom has seen better days. Regardless, I would go again. Overall was nice and mattresses were great.
