Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main unit of the home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and the private backyard.

The lower basement unit is locked for storage and not accessible to guests. It is completely separate from the main living space and does not affect your privacy or comfort during your stay.

You will enjoy a private, comfortable stay with no shared interior spaces.

No parties or events are permitted at any time.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Long-term stays (30+ days) may require a background check and completion of a local lease agreement, in accordance with local regulations.

For safety and to help ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors, security cameras monitor the exterior of the property only.
