The space
From the moment you step onto the covered front porch and into the light-filled living area, you'll feel at home. The main living room features a sandstone gas fireplace, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a ceiling fan, and high windows that flood the space with natural light.

    This house is in the perfect location to walk to downtown Coeur d' Alene. It was spacious and accommodated 4 couples perfectly. We were very pleased and Maddie was our contact who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

    Pros - Convenient location only a few blocks from downtown and easy walking distance to Tubbs Hill. - spacious house with simple clean decor - comfortable if you really just want somewhere to sleep and eat takeout. Cons - There was an undisclosed backyard ADU overlooking the house that did not give a feeling of privacy and security. - The listing greatly overstates the amenities provided, so don't expect too much! (It's not On a lake or next to a golf course. There's only a gate on an outside staircase, not the inside stairs, there no real kids toys and only 2 board games. - No cleaning supplies were provided (vacuum didnt collect anything and the broom was broken and too frayed to use). Minimal checkout instructions provided but host apparently had very high expectations for how much cleaning guests will do (extra cleaning fee required for things like crumbs in the kitchen, a few hairs in the shower, a sticker on a piece of furniture, and clean dishes drying on the counter) - Several outlets would randomly stop working for several hours without any apparent cause. Also, the hot water heater is controlled by an unmarked switch on the wall, so if you suddenly only have cold water, try flipping the switch!

    Our family loved that the property is located within walking distance of all the downtown activities and beaches. The house itself was in a quiet neighborhood setting. It was very clean and comfortable with well appointed kitchen. There were extras like beach towels and chairs. We would stay here again.

    This was a wonderful place for out of town family to stay while visiting beautiful CDA. The downstairs was perfect for my nephews young family (3 and 4 year old boys). Being within walking distance to McEuen Park and downtown were a bonus. We had the house over the Fourth of July weekend and walked to the parades.

    My family including seven adults and three children stayed here during a family trip to Idaho for a wedding. The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was a great location, close to the lake, parks, and the downtown area. Communication with the host was great!

    We enjoyed this property so much! Four girlfriends spent the weekend at this lovely property. We had never visited the area and loved it! Each of us had our own bedroom, the house had all of the supplies we needed and appeared to have been recently remodeled or updated! We shopped at the main shopping area which is walking distance from house and had a delicious dinner at Cedars Floating Restaurant as well as a 90 min boat cruise around the lake. Don't hesitate to reserve this property! It's amazing!!
