Stayed Aug 10, 2025Great property, family friendly, with a really nice heated pool, jungle gym, and close to kid friendly beaches that aren't crowded. Alure was our favorite dining spot. Kids loved the aquarium in Riverhead. Joe was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024The property listing description is 100% accurate. Our stay at this property was simply amazing! The pool was heated, with ample outdoor furniture along with a swing set for the toddlers. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to the water. The landlord was very helpful and responsive. Many restaurants, farms and attractions for the whole family to enjoy. The house was very well stocked to ensure we were up and running on Day 1. We plan to return at our first chance. Our family will always remember our stay here in Southold! Rating 5 out of 5!!!

Stayed Jun 30, 2023Beautiful home in a great location. Could bike to beaches and a brewery. House was very clean and also had a great backyard. Perfect spot for young children.
