Welcome to your Lake Berkley vacation retreat a gated community just a few minutes from Disney, a comfortable single-story pool home designed for easy Central Florida family stays.

The home features an open-concept main living area with plenty of space to relax after Disney days. The living room includes comfortable seating, a large TV, and patio doors looking out to the screened pool and patio area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and everything needed for simple vacation meals. The dining table seats 6, with additional breakfast bar seating for 2.

Outside, enjoy your own private screened patio with pool, outdoor dining table, and seating. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, relax after the parks, or spend a quiet afternoon in the Florida sunshine.

Please note: the private pool does not have a heater. The community pool facility is heated for cooler weather enjoyment.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Primary King Suite - King bed, patio doors to the pool area, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

• Queen Suite - Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

• Queen Bedroom - Queen bed, comfortable setup for adults or older children.

• Twin Bedroom - Two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests.

Bathrooms

• Bathroom 1 Primary ensuite with walk-in shower.

• Bathroom 2 Queen suite ensuite with tub/shower combo.

• Bathroom 3 Shared bathroom with tub/shower combo for the queen bedroom and twin bedroom.

Please note: Baby Crib/PacknPlay rental available by request.

Please note: The pool does not have a heater. Community pool facility is heated for your cool weather enjoyment.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.

HOA does not allow pets.
HOA restricts maximum stay for a guest to 120 days.
