Stayed May 31, 2024This place is amazing. Really clean and open floor plan. Great to have everyone in a king bed with their own bathroom. Host was awesome to work with. No hassle whatsoever. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to St. George or Ivins. Such a cool neighborhood close to golf and shopping and tons of other things.

Stayed Apr 3, 2022Home seems even bigger than the photos suggest. We have stayed in many VRBOs and found this one exceptionally well organized. Owner is most helpful and responsive. Enjoyed the community amenities too. Property backs onto Snow Canyon Parkway but noise was not an issue, and access to Snow Canyon is a plus. We much enjoyed taking E-bikes far into the canyon and off the road. Access to I-15 and the national parks is not difficult.
