House is lovely - quite spacious and the fenced in yard was amazing for my little pup. It is on a quiet road in a quiet neighborhood and was less than 10 min from everywhere we wanted to go. Overall a great experience - I would definitely stay there again.

The place was great with plenty of room and well-equipped kitchen. The secure fenced yard was very nice to have with 2 dogs. Very walkable to old town and very Uber friendly for when it rains.

The house design is unique and great fun for the kids in the upstairs space. The open concept was great and allowed for great conversation with friends/family.

The residence was clean. We had no issues checking in or with our stay in general. Great for multiple guests! Parking is in the street but it's a quiet street.

We went for short trip for my 2 daughters birthday. The host was easy to get in touch with. The property was clean and everyone had enough room. Downtown 6 min car ride. We parked in the state street garage with no extra charge. I would recommend this to anyone to stay!

Very clean and close to downtown without being too close!

My family stayed in this house while exploring Knoxville. The interior was just the basics for a rental, nothing cozy. Most of house’s surfaces were covered in dust and many of the light fixtures had cobwebs. The neighborhood is surrounded by freeways which made walking into town a non-starter. The backyard was great for our dog.

The host was extremely timely with responses to my messages. There were no real issues. We were allowed to check in early. House was nice.

Great place location. Very clean and comfortable. Just a couple of suggestions: hardware on kitchen cabinets would make it easier opening. No corkscrew for wine. No pint glasses for beer. Toilet paper should be well stocked. Extra chairs for seating great but chairs quite low for tall people. minthings.
