Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, all major stuff was either great or good. The staff was responsive when I called; they were professional and pleasant. Only minor things really.The board games seemed to be mostly scattered, missing pieces, unplayable. Either put new games in there or throw the boxes away and take games off the description. Don't count on games. Propane ran out the second time I used the grill. They might have brought me more, but I just finished the burgers on the stove. A few light bulbs were out when we got there, but they replaced them the next day. I pulled several dirty dishes/pans off the shelf and had to wash. Why do renters do this for the next guest to find? Gross. I wouldn't call the person who cleaned the unit a real go getter based on results, but it wasn't awful. Overall, really pretty good place. I liked the house and the location. A lot of this other stuff you probably just roll with the punches. Staff I talked to were really nice.

We had a great time at the beach. The back screened in porch needed a good cleaning, the furniture some molded areas on it and there was allot of beach tubes shoved in the corner so was a little cramped. The dishwasher pull out bottom drawer needs to be fixed and the dryer may need a good cleaning cause it took forever to dry. Overall it was a nice place.

We danced to live music at the wharf, enjoyed sunset dinners on the water, explored jolee island and its wildlife. The community was friendly including the staff. Enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the homes. All the comforts of home included.
