Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Out Of Office was good. The house was nice and fit our family of 7 adults well. Kitchen was well thought out with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and a few spices to cook all our meals. Everything was spotless. Plenty of outlets everywhere. Bedrooms are well spaced out (3 downstairs and a queen and bunk room upstairs). Gas grill wasn’t working when we got there and management replaced with a charcoal grill plus a bag of charcoal within a couple of hours. Great communication with management/host. The pier/dock is very nice. Boat lift was sort of working but not perfectly, we got it to work for our needs. The grassy areas around the house needs mowing and the fire pit area could use some care. There was trash in the pit when we got there and trash in the lawn around the house. Lots of fun water toys. Beach is a 7-10 minute walk across 180. It’s a decent haul, especially if you have young kids (we don’t, was fine for us). A couple things to consider as you pack: there is only 1 roll of TP provided per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen. It would be nice if there could be a few more towels in general in the house as there is 1 hand towel per bathroom and one body towel per person. Not enough washcloths for whole house. You will also want to bring beach towels. There were tiny ants in the master bath as well as kitchen. We were able to just kill them as the week went on. There were so many mosquitos while we were there over the whole peninsula so bringing bug spray might be a good idea. Overall, a great stay. Thank you for a great week!

The outside dock had a board missing, boat lift and luggage lift did not work, also the yellow kayak will sink. The neighbor said that kayak has done that with everyone-so hopefully it gets removed and you wont have to try and lug it out of he water like we did. Short walk to the beach, saw dolphins every day from the deck. House was clean, and all the furniture was in good condition.

They were fantastic with the booking and then keeping us informed with reminders, every step of the way. Becky Smith was our agent and she was great, even giving me her cell number in case we needed something after hours. Luckily we didn’t bother her since there was no need. Everything went perfectly. The Out of Office property was perfect for us. We had nine in our family. The five girls wanted the second level for their own space. Very roomy with their own bath. As hot as it was outside, the AC worked great so we were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies if we needed them. The property is on the bayside and the view is beautiful. We felt very safe in the area. This property is beautiful and we hope to stay there again in the future.

We had such a great stay here and it was so spacious! One of the few times the amount of space exceeded expectations.

This place had everything needed and more. I napped in the hammock and in the sun room. The place was big and spacious and secluded. Can I please live here? Will most definitely be back.

Had a wonderful family vacation. The house was well equipped and spacious. Checking in and correspondence with agent was great. Got to meet the owner who lives next door, who was very nice. Would definitely stay there sgain.

The house offered plenty of space for my family to spread out or gather for game or movie night. Kitchen is well equipped. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the piers and caught several fish! Coffee on the deck was lovely and even spotted dolphins. The deck was also nice at night and we were treated to a far off lightning show on a couple of nights. We even spotted the neighborhood alligator.
