We came into town for a softball tournament, the house was in the perfect location from the fields and to restaurants.

Close to everything for our event! Family friendly! Hot tub was great! Our daughter's bridesmaids had a wonderful morning getting hair and makeup done in the front room with big table! Great VRBO!

Close to everything. Clean with plenty of space for our family to relax. The hot tub was welcoming after a long day exploring the area. The views from the back porch and hot tub were spectacular. We were able to see hot air balloons floating past the mountains one morning.

Overall good. Disappointed about nasty hot tub! There is really no reason to not have the hot tub ready to go. We have one and it’s never been that dirty. When we called about it they should have had some pump out the water and refill it so we could have at least used it for part of our stay! And though the neighborhood isn’t great, being able to sit on the back desk for coffee in the morning and drinks at night was wonderful because of the Mountain View’s! House was okay, nice clean beds, one of the arcade games wasn’t working. Icemaker not working, but overall clean. Liked that there were fans for the bedrooms. We booked for eight, but only 3 of us stayed overnight. Would have been nice to have an outside grill. My son had to book the house because they don’t accept Discover card, not sure if that’s VRBO or owner.

My family and I had a great stay while in Colorado Springs. The house was just what we were looking for with a separate space for our kids to enjoy while we had a chance to unwind after exploring the great outdoors for a week. We had one small issue while we were there but Jake and Tiffany quickly responded and working together we were able to resolve the issue. They were attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a family friendly home close to many of the outdoor adventures with great hosts. We will definitely be trying to stay here again when we come back next year.

This home is in good condition. The neighborhood is very close together, but there is a very nice view of the mountains in the back. The beds were comfortable. There is no living room upstairs but a large table. It does need a little maintenance upkeep such as the ice maker doesnt work & the doors are hard to shut, but nothing that impeded on our stay. The hot tub was pretty green & it was serviced during our stay but that didnt help much. We were short on silverware. The upstairs was pretty warm in the afternoons and the basement was very cool, it was hard to find a balance. The home is near shopping but at least 30-60 minutes to tourist attractions. We made everything work & the price was appropriate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again with our family.

Pictures are deceiving! We booked this home, mainly for the perk of having a hot tub to utilize during our stay. However, we were unable to use it due to how nasty it was. It was not only cloudy, but also had dirt/sand settled in the bottom. We messaged the host and was told to throw a bag of chemicals in it. I noticed the ‘checkout instructions’ stated that if you used the pool, throw a bag of chemicals in it before you leave. So no one comes to clean this in between stays… GROSS. I didn’t have much faith that I and my entire family wouldn’t be walking away with some sort of rash, so we had to skip it. The neighborhood was sketchy - we were nervous leaving our car out each night. The main floor bathroom had poop still in it upon check-in. Many of the ‘amenities’ like hand soap, body wash, etc were almost all empty upon arrival. The people sleeping downstairs FROZE each night because the AC that was set to 73 upstairs, still made the basement 60 degrees. The carpets upstairs were absolutely disgusting. The carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector downstairs didn't work. We tried messaging the host letting them know our experience and still have not heard one word back - going on 3 weeks now. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and I can honestly say this was hands down our worst experience to date.

We had a wonderful stay. Such a cute and comfy house. It met all of our needs. Will stay again. Hosts were wonderful to work with! Would recommend.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay if you're visiting the area. First off, it's clean, has every amenity you could want in a rental for a day or a week or more. The hot tub was clean and warmed up overnight to the desired temperature. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for stores and dining. You felt safe and never worried about your car or anything. Another plus, the house is nice and cool in the summer. I've rented some places that demand you leave the thermostat at 75, here, I actually had to raise it's setting because it was so nice and chilly. When I come back to the area, I will always check to see if it's available and recommend to anyone. 6 stars because 5 isn't enough

Overall, it was a decent stay, but I was very disappointed in the fact that there was snow covering the hot tub, there was snow covering all of the patio furniture, the deck and the sidewalks, as well as the driveway. So we were unable to use the hot tub which was selling point for us.
