4BR 4BA Osterville home with pool, hot tub, game room-minutes from the beach!

The house is beautifully furnished with comfortable sitting areas. The hosts have thoughtfully included all that one needs to make this feel like home. The neighborhood is very convenient to the beaches and the town.

We have rented several vacation homes for the family, and this house tops all of them! It is beautifully decorated and furnished. All of the beds were so comfortable and our grandsons really enjoyed the bunk room! It is also the most equipped house we have ever rented. The owners have beach chairs and towels, toys, pack and play and a high chair available. We really appreciated this as we were traveling from a great distance with small children. We also enjoyed the game room during one of our rainy mornings! We all had a great time relaxing in the refreshing pool and hot tub. The owners, Bryan and Courtney, were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The house is centrally located in the Cape which made it easy for us to visit other towns. The house is a very short car ride to the beach and we enjoyed having the private beach pass to use. If you are planning a Cape Cod vacation this is the house for you! We hope to visit the Cape again and stay at this beautiful resort!

The property was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful, great layout, and great amenities. Suggestions are: include even more detail in online listing; we brought coolers and corn hole and games that were not needed. Toilets “run” and need better internal flapper systems. But the thoughtfulness of all of the decorations and appointments is amazing. Highly recommended.

Amazing vacation at a property that was just spectacular! We had several questions about the features of the house and the check-in process prior to actually booking the house, and the owners were very prompt and thorough in responding. The check in process was very smooth as our hosts offered contactless check in — awesome that the house featured a keypad to lock/unlock the front door so we never had to worry about carrying a key for the house. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The house was ready at the earlier check-in time which we requested in advance and the owners kindly accommodated. Our hosts were also gracious and provided us with some extra goodies such as San Pellegrino waters, candies and a Cape Cod cookbook! Not only were there plenty of paper products and a variety of coffee and tea for our use, but full size toiletries were provided in each bathroom. The house was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything imaginable for a comfortable stay. The beds were all very comfortable and we were supplied with plenty of towels, including towels for the pool. We also appreciated that the house had separate air conditioning controls for the main and bottom level floors. One of the highlights of our stay was the time we were able to spend together outside at the pool and hot tub. Great restaurants in nearby Osterville & Hyannis. Highly recommend this property and we certainly hope to be able to return again soon!

This property exceeded all our expectations! It was immaculately cleaned and maintained. Every detail was considered right down to toiletries and towels. We went prepared with our own beach supplies but everything was there waiting for us. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The lounge chairs and cabana were like being at a private resort. The home decor was like a magazine and the game room was such an added bonus. I could go on and on! Courtney and Bryan responded immediately to the few minor questions we had. Our only disappointment was we couldn’t stay longer!

This property is amazing, even more beautiful in person! The home is in a great location, close to shopping, dining and the ferry to Nantucket. There was plenty of room for all of our guests. The home is beautifully decorated without a detail missed. The pool was beautiful and a great backdrop for our evenings. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the fire pit or the hot tub because we ran out of time but both were located in comfortable locations and we were sorry we missed these amenities. We were a group of Mom's and didn't want to leave. A fun time was had by all, I'm pretty certain everyone said they wanted to return, either with friends or their own families. A great time was had by all! Bryan and Courtney were very gracious hosts, although we did not have any problems with the property, they were very responsive to the questions I had prior to our stay. Highly recommend this home!!!
