4Bed/2Bath Pet Friendly, Fenced Back Yard, Steps to Beach Access

Really everything we needed. Spacious, literally 3 houses from the beach, and what really put it over the top, a ping-pong table. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Thanks for everything.

The home was missing several essential items. A plug for the kitchen sink or at least a dish pan to hand wash items. Out door lights on each side of house not working. The front door was covered in dead insects and dirt. There is black mold in the windows and the French doors. The housekeeper needs a new job more suited to their capabilities. The living room furniture is like sitting on sticks. The ants were friendly and so were the termites. Loved the ping pong table and all the books. I won't be back.

Solid little property near the beach and downtown. Great access for walking or biking around. My dogs loved being here, a fully fenced yard helps a lot!

Great house. Loved that they had sheets and towels and hall closet that you could use. Only thing I could suggest is to make sure to vacuum and damp up the floors as there is quite a bit of sand in all the rooms that leaves a gritty feeling and gets in the beds. It is the beach so I know this is difficult to be on top of.

Location was great you can walk to the beach and you could walk downtown ( little bit of a walk to go downtown but doable)

It was very peaceful and great. Do wish the backyard had grass instead of sand. I get it you’re by the ocean. It would be nice to have maps with attractions near by also those that don’t know what garbage can is recycle or trash. Great accommodation. I would stay there again.

Overall it was a good house for a weekend beach trip. House layout was odd as there was a room and bathroom in the garage. I would say for the price it was a good deal

Great location and pretty easy walk to the beach. All the beds were very comfy! Good communication was had and we had a quick response and solution the first night due to a missing BBQ. Within the hour a new charcoal bbq showed up. Now for the not so great parts…. Strange smell through the house and when we tried to open all the windows to air it out, there were many that did not open. All the blinds were pretty dirty, and there was mold in the windowsills.The outside shower was only a shower-head attached to a hose, which did have hot and cold, but was broken.There were a few coffee makers available however one was broken and the other two I would not use due to the dirtiness.There was plenty of utensils to use for food prep and serving, which was nice. Overall, it’s very dated.The bathroom in the main house had mold on the sliding shower doors, which I know is hard to keep clean, but as a rental, I would maybe put a little more effort in. We had plenty of sheets and towels.We found sand in two of the beds leading out to the deck on top and inside the sheets. The backyard is basically a big sandpit so if you’re expecting a nice grassy backyard, you’ll be disappointed. There were spiderwebs throughout, and the cleanliness was definitely lacking.Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but due to the following issues, we probably wouldn’t stay at this property. We were impressed with the communication that was had.

Ideal place for our family visiting seaside for the weekend. The fenced backyard was a bonus for our dog.

This was a great house, in a great location with lost of room for all 5 of us.

Had a great time. Well stocked kitchen, amenities and a great neighborhod! Recommend!

Very nice sized facility. The beds were wonderful - just the right firmness. The only problem was the quantity of sand present inside the facility when we got there. We even vacuumed at least every 2nd day to try to keep it under reasonable control but I guess that is just what happens with a sand pit back yard. An outside gas BBQ would have been convenient.

Awesome 4-1/2 days of family time. close to beach and weather was perfect.

I have stayed in this house with a few other couples and we enjoyed it. Very comfortable. But they need to replace two of their dining chairs. they were broken when I got there and my fingers got pinched when scooting them close to the table.also, there were leftover food items in the cupboards that should have been thrown out.

Close to everything, short walk to the beach. Good atmosphere, loved the nautical theme.
