4Bdm Waterfront Home w/ Heated Pool, Walk to Beach

Great location. Close to the beach . Kids loved kayaking there. The pool was warm. We stayed in January

My overall rating would be 4 1/2 starts but they don’t have that. We like this property a lot this is the second year we rented it in a row. Love the outdoor space. The outdoor space was not very clean and a huge pile of toys were left next to the furniture on the pool deck. Other than that we love this property. The kitchen is pretty well stocked although I think they do need to update some of the kitchen pots and pans. It’s very close to the beach a couple of block you can walk there in about 5 minutes. It’s really a nice convenience place to stay at the holidays

This beach house was everything we hoped for and more! Immaculately clean, beautifully kept, and just steps from the shoreline and it gave us the best of both worlds: easy beach access and peaceful mornings on the dock with a cup of tea in hand. Watching the sun rise over the water from the dock was absolutely perfect. Will book again. Thank you.

Communication was great, check-in and out was easy, fantastic location, and quiet neighborhood. Hope to stay here again.

Pros - The location is excellent. It was within a few blocks of the beach and several restaurants. The bedrooms were set up perfect for 6 girlfriends so that btw 2 of us we had a separate bedroom and bath. There was a nice outdoor table under the deck and in the shade with chairs where we hung out a lot. Beach towels were provided. The boat dock was a cool addition . My son was able to pull his boat up and pick us up for a boat ride. Please note that the dock is difficult to access during low tide. The corn hole and pool floaties were fun additions.Cons - The house does not appear to be well maintained/clean. Examples: The upstairs outdoor furniture webbing was cracked and unusable. The cushions on the furniture around the pool were faded and well worn. The deck around the pool had grass growing btw the bricks. The pool was full of old leaves sunk to the bottom. The trash drawer area was covered with food droppings. The dishwasher was full of food. The master bedroom sink would not drain. The towels had a terrible smell and the bathrobes were dirty. One of the bath towels was full of holes. The pool area had a bunch of old, used floaties laying on the side yard. The check in code did not work and the contact was initially unresponsive. Fortunately, the backdoor was open, and we were able to get access. The manager did respond on day 1 and sent a maintenance guy that accommodated our schedule.

We had a wonderful stay. I would have given this a 5 stars but the kitchen really isn’t set up for much cooking. There were only enough forks for one meal then you had to wash them. Although a hurricane just went through here and they may not of had time to restock everything in the kitchen so it only 4 3/4 stars Loved the mother in law quarters in the basement. Gave us privacy from the rest of the house and we didn’t disturb anyone by getting up early.All in all 4 3/4 starsLocation is outstanding just a 5 minute stroll to the beach. There are a few bars/ restaurants within walking distance. The ones we went to were great. The beach and area around it were clean and neat. The house is located on a dead end street so not much traffic or noise. The pool area and pool were fantastic. They have some out door things like kayaks and bags which were fun to play and use. The grill was excellent and clean.Great house for families and friends.

This house and location was perfect for our family. The two separate living areas was great for the adults to be upstairs and the kids downstairs. Plenty of beds and space for everyone and there were lots of beach toys/accessories! Anything you'd need! Josiah, the owner, was very responsive to my communications and was extremely helpful. We appreciate all of his help in the craziness of our stay.

Very fun vacation, everything for everyone. Place was big enough for all 7 of us to be together but still have our own space. Place has everything for pool and beach fun.

This house is awesome for any group of people. We had our 5 adult kids and us. Plenty of rooms and basement space to crash on sofas. Plenty of TVs, video games, board games etc. The pool is awesome and the covered area by the pool is ideal for beating the heat and cooking out. We fished everyday from the dock, caught some good ones. Saw manatees swim right up to the dock. The beach and a variety of restaurants are really in easy walking distance. No need to worry about driving and parking. Great house overall. I will go back again.

This is our second time at this property. We love the layout and so close to everything. It was enjoyed by all!

We enjoyed our stay ! Everything was wonderful. Josiah was really easy to stay in touch with and really helpful. The sitting area by the pool was a perfect shady spot for my Mom!

We spent a week at this property. Short walk to the beach. Nice pool area. The house had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and responded timely with any questions we had. Will stay there again.
