The property is also home toa kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with a woodburning stove, study with an open fire and a games room. Outside is driveway parking for three cars and a decking, patio and lawned garden with furniture and a stream. 49 Ulwell Road is a beautiful property to base your exploration of the Dorset coast with loved ones. Please note: This property does not accept short breaks during peak periods.

    This large property is in an ideal location for all the amenities on offer in Swanage. The open plan kitchen/dining room/games room with full size pool table & concertina doors leading on to timber decking, make it a perfect place to socialise with family & friends.
