Stayed Dec 23, 2023We enjoyed our stay but were surprised that there was no hot water when we arrived and no instructions as how to change gas bottles. My husband had to go outside in the rain to change gas bottles. When I contacted the agent they were not very sympathetic or apologetic. We expected hot water to be available in this luxury rental. After this hurdle we enjoyed the rest of our holiday.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023We are a family of two parents with two adult children and their partners. The location is incredibly beautiful and walking distance to three beaches which we all enjoyed. The kitchen is well equipped with enough cooking equipment and serving plates and neatly organized. The bathrooms are clean and have cleaning supplies as well. Our only slight discomfort was privacy - with our particular group We would have all liked separate bedrooms but the house has two small bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed) and one large bedroom which sleeps four. This was clearly stated by the owners and the photos were accurate so we knew before we arrived there. We had a really lovely time and felt it was a true holiday home in a scenic area- we returned refreshed!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been holiday in at Bailey Point for over 15 years and have enjoyed it every year (with he exception of 2020 bushfires made it not so great), but this year was by far the best in all that time. The house is great, the location is spectacular five star all round experience cant wait to get back to it next year.
