Stayed Sep 13, 2024House was beautiful when we walked in. Some areas need attention. Leaks in upstairs and downstairs ceiling, grill wouldn’t go above 200 degrees (meal ruined) screened in porch very very dirty. Outside of house needs updating.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024The house has important wow appeal for a group of 7 or 8 people. Neighborhood, location, proximity to beach, pool, and sightseeing / restaruant options were all tops. Only two areas for constructive comment - no idea why there is no soap, shampoo in bathrooms, or very basic necessities in kitchen such as salt, pepper, sugar, sweetener, coffee, etc. It is in the contract that these items are not provided, but for the price of the rental, and the modest $25 cost of these items, it seems unkind. Beach towels should be provided - they are easy to wash in the house at change over and it helps customers to not have to pack such bulky items. We did rent beach chairs and cabana for each of our days from a local vendor named Farmdog. They were great and reasonable.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023Beautiful home in a great location. Dolphins in the morning with a cup of coffee and a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Beds so comfortable and kitchen fully loaded. Great trip.
