Stayed May 20, 2023Roomy unit but I would not recommend until it gets a good deep cleaning and maintenance work is done!! Garage is not set up to park any car but a mini. Needs yard work done and porch and patio should be swept up before a renter comes in. Grill should not be on the front porch put on the patio. Inside should not have drawers with personal things in them and kitchen needs better mugs and baking pans. All in all it is more like a condo and not a house. It's more like the people still live there instead of a calm an relaxing place to vacation and relax in. Ask questions before renting!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969PLEASE DO NOT POST MY COMMENTS. Highly recommend Sea Woods community and New Smyrna Vacation Condos. While I was satisfy with amenities and layout of rental unit, several items had to be addressed by management company; thank you. Sliding door egressing to back patio broken needs to be repaired/replaced. Same with vertical blinds. NO leaf blower on site (had to go out a buy one, in order to utilize back patio, due to mess that trees drop hourly/daily. Gas grill, had to go out to purchase tank--still waiting for reimbursement. Base molding around doors have bolts sticking out (safety issue). KUDOS to New Smyrna Vacation Condos. Would I rent unit again? Yes, with above-referenced issues addressed.
