Stayed Jun 19, 2026House was great! Chase communicated quickly and clearly. Pool was a big hit with my family. House had a ton of space, both indoors and outdoors. Nearby hiking at Lookout Mountain was a great experience. I would highly recommend this property!

Stayed Apr 2, 2026The house was great - especially the outdoor space. The location was perfect to access the many hikes we went on, and the host may have been the best host we have ever had. His communication was outstanding and he was both responsive and flexible.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026The house was filthy when we arrived. Carpets hadn't been vacuumed and were in need of a carpet cleaning. The inside house temperature was over 80, which is when we discovered the air filters hadn't been changed in probably years. Ceiling fans, blinds and wall art were coated with dust. Kitchen cupboards and drawers were dirty. The house is in need of some TLC to bring it to the immaculate level that the owner thinks it is. After speaking with the owner, he had the cleaning service come back the following day but our first day at the property was ruined while we tried to deal with all the issues we encountered.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We stayed a week at this lovely home. Its location next to Lookout mountain was great for a challenging hike each morning with our crew (ages 5-72). The pool was great to jump in afterwards. The check in and check out process was seamless. Would definitely recommend

Stayed Feb 11, 2025We had a group of work colleagues from across the country in Phoenix for a work event and then a shooting competition at Ben Avery Shooting Facility. The location was perfect, and the house was well appointed. Two master suites and plenty of common area space to spread out and to gather.The house was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The house was located in a beautiful, quiet area and we enjoyed a lovely time in Phoenix. The house worked out well and is spacious and lovely. It had everything supplied to make our stay comfortable. The owner is attentive and checked in frequently. The weather was spectacular everyday. We were able to take in many tourist destinations and the wedding we came to attend.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Our house was extremely clean and tidy. Very well stocked. A couple of small hiccups with the master bath downstairs, but, I understand the bath is being redone this coming week. Communication was excellent and very helpful. This has to be our best VRBO yet, the neighborhood was beautiful with wonderful walking and trails. Highly recommend.
