Living/Dining/Kitchen and 1.5baths.

Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom with king sized memory foam mattress, 1/2 bath, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2: 1 QUEEN sized bed with memory foam mattress with two nightstands and smart TV
Bedroom #3: 1 QUEEN sized bed with memory foam mattress with two nightstands and smart TV

BATHROOMS:
Bath #1: Full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.
Bath #2: 1/2 bath in the Master Bedroom.

Laundry Room

To make your stay even more stress-free we also offer Baby bassinet, pack and play, rocker and toys upon request!

Guest Access:
- Parking: Room for 4 cars in driveway. Please adhere to all street/CITY signs/restrictions.
- Keyless entry, your code/instructions will be sent prior to your arrival by one of team members

Other Things to Note:
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- No Smoking
- Please make sure to read and agree to all House Rules. Noise Device in place.
- Early check-in / Late check-out requests cannot always be approved, but we try our best, and there may be an additional charge.
- Guests must be pre-approved by the host. Absolute max capacity is 6 guest
