Overall owner was very nice and very easy to get ahold of place was for the most part clean very old inside but does the trick

It all was a lovely place. The deck was really a great place to relax. Had most things you could want, the couches and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and walkable.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! 420 Friendly was perfect for us. The host graciously provided 420 friendly accessories and a binder with a variety of restaurants nearby. We’ll definitely be booking again!!

Great place for a nice getaway

We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend! Perfect location to everything in the area. You have your “whole house” to yourself.. Check in and out is easy. The stay was everything we hoped it would be. Have already made reservations for 2 more times in Nov!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for creating meals, and the appliances are new.Our host, Jerome, is polite, attentive, and very cool.

Loved it . Has a retro vibe but it was all good.

It had everything you needed and more! Easy to get in and very accommodating! Will visit again in the spring/summer to take advantage of the deck.

The place was perfect for a night stay after the bills game. Was able to perfectly accommodate the 6 of us while being able to have access to gas and any food we need. The balcony was also perfect to sit out and get some fresh air.

The Location was excellent. Plenty to do close by. The Host Jerome was very nice!

Meets the 420 friendly expectations. Worked well for us for a quick stop on our travel from St. Louis to Acadia NP, Maine.

Nice quite neighborhood. Beds wer e comfortable. Checkin was seemless and host was great. Will stay here again.

The space was very clean with several ammenities like the upper balcony. The street was also very quiet and clean. We had some changes a week before our reservation and the host was very accommodating.

Jerome was fantastic!! Great suggestions on site seeings. Be sure to check out Buffalo city hall observation deck with 360 views of the city. He was a very nice guy. He also welcomed us with a text even though it was late and he was at work. Check in process was smooth with great directions on self check in and self check out. Cleaning process when leaving was the easiest I've ever had. The covered patio area was nice for morning coffee. Plenty of room for the 4 adults on our trip. Not a complaint but a heads up that you need to be prepared to climb stairs cause they had me huffin and puffin! Only one set but this ol' southern girl wasn't use to that. When I read the listing I was a little confused as to exactly what size beds would be in the apartment but it's one king, one queen, and 2 singles. One of the singles was a little firmer than we like but that is personal preference. Also the street parking changes sides on certain days but if you follow what everybody else is doing you'll be good. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Great place, excellent comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and accurate description. The time limited access code for check-in was a stress inducer for us, as we experienced delays getting to the property after a very long drive and some car trouble, but communication with the host was great, so ultimately not a big problem. Would definitely stay again

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The accommodation was clean and met our expectations. Amenities were sufficient for our needs, and it served well for our primary purpose of night stay. Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience.

Great location, awesome host, very accommodating. The place has everything you need and if not most things are near by. It was just the two of us, so ample space. We would love to come back when it’s warm. Jerome was also responsive when needed. Even when we had a small issue he was extremely nice about it. He even told us about a potential parking issue!!! You gots to read, lol!! To sum it up there is so much to do here. AND it was nice not having to smoke outside, just like at home!!!!

took a three day trip to Buffalo to attend my son's graduation. this place was perfect for us.Nice and clean comfortable four beds.tgree rooms all with tv. i recommend this for anyone looking for a nice quiet place. the owner was very responsive.

This property is on a quiet residential street, and the street parking is easy to come by. This felt like crashing at a friend’s house. Not uptight, comfortable furniture and beds. I consider this place family friendly as well, our child had a blast. The location is a quick drive to the zoo, children’s museum, and the botanical gardens. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

This house was super cute, lots of space and nicely decorated. Clean and smelled great, no smoke smell whatsoever. Super close to downtown and tons of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to all 420 enthusiast.

Drove from NJ 6 hours away to go see my Toronto Maple Leafs play the Buffalo Sabres and to stay for the night and when I saw this 420 friendly place I was like wow this is perfect. Lowkey and chill spot to hang out and relax and spend the night after a long drive and a game! 10/10 Recommend and I will be back!

The stay was quiet and comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for.

I'm a busy guy so I enjoy my peace when I can't get it. From the start with communications with the property manager before during and after my stay , the ease of check in with the lock box, to the pulled off after check out it was peaceful and pleasant. Everything needed to enjoy yourself or entertain some company while you making yourself at home enjoying your 420 experience. It's a big YES for me I will DEFINITELY PUFF AND STAY again and again and .... Again and you should too!!

Stayed here with friends. 15/20 min from highmark, awesome location. The place was clean and had everything a weed lover needs. Definitely recommend. The host is very nice

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We enjoy the privacy you have, and the closeness to the things we enjoy in and around Buffalo.

It was our first time staying at an air B and B but it was perfect for us it was very relaxing and being far from home It felt like a home away from home. I love how quiet it was and the owner was very sweet. We went for a Bills football game, let’s go Buffalo!! We took Uber it was close but not to close to the stadium which was perfect. I would for sure stay there again if I’m ever out that way.
