The home boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people comfortably.

The property offers aspacious outdoor area featuring a large pool, patio, and backyard, all designed to provide a serene and private escape. The backyard is bordered by lush green space, while the pool is enclosed in a pool cage for added tranquility. Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee by the pool, catching up on the news on the outdoor TV.

The BBQ grill and outdoor dining set are perfect for enjoying a delightful meal amidst the picturesque outdoors.

The pool is heated using solar panels that are installed on the roof.

The pool can be extra heated to 85 degrees for 12 hours per day from November through March, with an additional fee of $25/day.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, baking sheets, and serving ware.

We also provide starter essentials such as laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, hand soap, and paper products.

The master bathroom includes an ensuite, a shower, and a toilet.
The guest bathroom has a tub with a shower and toilet.

The garage offers parking for two cars, while one additional car can be parked in the driveway.
No RVs or boats are allowed!

The washer, dryer, and drying rack are available for your use.

The grill is also available for your use.

The entire home is open for guests to access, except for the cleaning crew closet in the hallway, which is to remain closed.

It is advised that guests do not interfere with the pool operating equipment under any circumstances.

HEATED POOL:
Make your stay even more enjoyable with our heated pool upgrade, available for just $20/day. With this popular upgrade, you can enjoy the pool at a comfortable 85 degrees, and it works automatically on a daytime timer from 9am to 6pm. Please note that pool temperature may be affected if the air temperature drops below 70 degrees, but our guests are strongly encouraged to use the lightweight pool blanket every night to maintain the temperature of the heated water.
