Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in Bethany for years and this was one of our favorites. We love the location. Easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever had. You can tell the owners take good care of the property. The updates they have done are quality. The Kitchen Aid appliances seemed brand new. Love that the fridge had filtered water and ice. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had 4 adults staying here and the size was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again. The people at Wilgus were very friendly when we checked in and out.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022Location is terrific, perfect distance to town/beach. Pool wonderfully positioned and perfect temperature. Community quiet and friendly. Back screened in porch great for outdoor dining. Place a little dated but a good value.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022You can't beat this location for the price. Pool and tennis courts right outside, 10 minute walk to downtown, residential parking permit made it easy to get to the beach with all of our stuff everyday. We definitely plan to look at this home when we come again in 2 years!
