Gorgeous property in a beautiful part of old town. Everything was presented so beautifully, communication was so easy and check in / out was seamless. Erin was a fantastic host. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

I would absolutely recommend staying here when in historic old town if you have the opportunity, the house was clean, spacious, comfortable and secure. It had everything we needed, everyone was very happy and the bonus room/living space downstairs worked out perfect. Communication with the property manager was excellent. So so happy we chose to stay here. Hope to visit again!

This property offers high quality and all necessary amenities. The welcome gift felt like being at a boutique hotel, which we appreciated and delayed needing to hit the grocery store that first night. We chose this house for its proximity to King Street in Old Town Alexandria and easy access to DC via trolley, metro, or water taxi. It was perfect for cooking and hosting local friends.The kitchen featured high-quality knives, durable pans, versatile storage containers, a well-stocked spice rack, and premium olive oil. Essentials such as dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner, tin foil, paper towels, and toilet paper were all provided without needing to shop during our week-long stay. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. We took advantage of the foosball table, both living rooms, as well as the front and back patios during our stay. Erin communicated promptly and resolved an issue within a few hours. We would stay again at this house.

This home was incredibly well appointed and in the perfect location. The host has thought of everything! Spotlessly clean and byfar the nicest vrbo we have ever experienced. We had 5 adults, 2 , 4 year olds and a baby and there was plenty of room for all and everything we needed. A perfect spot for a special family weekend.

This is a beautifully styled home with up-to-date appliances, well designed closet space and so many great amenities that - if I was to elaborate, would turn this simple review into a book.The location was perfect for our visit. We were within walking distance of restaurants and our granddaughters' school.I have rented in Old Town for the last few years, so the availability of parking is a big-ticket item for me. Although at first the diagonal parking requirement was unusual, it really was efficient and effective. At least I hope the neighbors didn't complain to our host about me. In addition, there was sufficient turnover in the street parking spaces that spots were available whenever our family visited. Erin was the most gracious of hosts. She was prompt in responding to inquiries; had detailed instructions about house rules; was generous with treats, coffee, teas and household staples such as soaps, detergents and trash bags.Highly recommend this rental and hope to return.

Beautiful, very spacious and comfortable home right in the heart of Old Town. My family were intown to celebrate my daughter's wedding and we had ample space to hang out in the back yard. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet given its proximity to everything. The host Erin was quick and thorough responding to all of our inquiries. Our week was wonderful!!

We had such a lovely trip to DC/Alexandria. Our three generation extended family of 8 all fit very comfortably in Erin’s beautiful home. The house is tastefully decorated with all the modern comforts, conveniently located in old town Alexandria and within walking distance to restaurants, the waterfront, and shopping (which we took full advantage of!). We very much appreciated the morning coffee and tea provided, as well as games to entertain the children. Erin was the consummate hostess, very responsive and proactively reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Erin!

A beautifully updated home in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Nice extras like coffee, snacks. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Recommend Uber to D.C. much easier and less expensive than driving and parking. Would definitely use again!

I rented this property for myself, some fanily, and friends of the family. It was very close to the metro which we utilized, and has a parking garage neqeby which we also utilized. The propoerry itself was very clean, kept and organized. The seating was adequate for entertaining as a group, and the fuseball table was a hit. I left something at the property upon checkout and Erin prompty notified me that she had it in her possession. 5 stars!Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at this home. It’s just as beautiful in person as it is in photos. We easily drove into DC for daytime tourism and had lots of casual options for the evenings in Alexandria. Erin is very responsive— I highly recommend this spot!

This sweet home is a wonderful historic town-home style haven for a DC stay as a home away from home. A wonderful place to stay after a day of walking around the DC attractions, and just steps away from the quaint Historic Alexandria. We had a car and drove to the Old Town Metro station a few miles away to get into the Capitol area. Worked like a charm. Large, comfy, super clean, and worth the price! Highly recommend! And Erin is amazing to work with.

Recently sold our house of 17 years so this was our first holiday not in our own home.The location was perfect—just minutes away from a charming downtown, a stunning lake, and a short drive to the airport. To our surprise and delight, the home was decorated with a festive holiday theme, complete with a Christmas tree where we placed our presents, making it feel so warm and welcoming.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like home. The high-end appliances made cooking a breeze, and the fully stocked spice rack was such a thoughtful touch. We were able to prepare delicious family meals together, which added to the cozy, home-away-from-home vibe.The instructions for entering the home, operating the appliances, and parking were incredibly detailed and easy to follow, which made our stay stress-free. The homeowner went above and beyond, staying in regular communication to ensure everything was going smoothly.When we had a small question about the fireplace key, the homeowner responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. Their attentiveness made us feel so cared for throughout our stay.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed and thoughtfully managed rental. Our entire family gives it a solid 5-star rating (and trust me, we’re tough critics!).

We did a girls trip to Alexandria and are so glad we stayed at this property. The house is amazing. It was super clean and in a great location. There was a Christmas tree which added to its charm. So many sweet details and Erin was quick to respond to questions we had. We were able to walk to Kings street and had a fantastic time shopping. We plan on make this an annual trip

It was special time in our life. Our daughter who is atoung attorney in DC and lives in Alexandria had her first baby, and we were able to share that time before during and after her delivery with her. This location and this place will live with us forever.

Staying here was a dream come true! I absolutely loved starting the day sitting on a rocking chair enjoying my coffee out on the patio and taking in the peaceful nature. The interior of the home was perfect as well…great styling and very very comfortable beds! Our team loved playing foosball and late night chats in the cozy living room. Much better alternative than staying at the hotel venue for the conference.

Cozy but spacious. It comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 teens with plenty of room to move around or find a quiet corner. The property and surrounding area are beautiful. The house is located conveniently near King St. but is far enough away (4 blocks) so that there is minimal street traffic noise. The property manager was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and well cared for. I highly recommend and would definitely love to stay there again!

My family and I stayed at this lovely home last weekend. The location is perfect for walking along King Street. Free Trolley on King Street can drop you off at Metro to get into DC. I will definitely stay here again in the future!
