The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She helped us pre-stage the party even before we got there. I highly recommend this house for any large family get togethers or special events where people need to converge to celebrate.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms worked out great. The pool is not heated, but well-maintained. Our stay was one week after it closed, and the host reopened it for our visit. There were plenty of dishes, but the kitchen lacked items to make cooking for a crowd easy. No can opener, serving platters, bowls, etc. The host was great, very informative, and made check-in a breeze. She communicated every step of the way. Great location, easy to find, and convenient to the town.

The great room is a great space for hosting a gathering. Everyone enjoyed the pool as well. This a family friendly place to stay.

The home was perfect. We especially loved the great hall, the backyard, and of course, the pool. The rooms and the house in general were clean, and we had no issues with the location or neighborhood. The hall with the bar created the perfect environment for afternoon and late-night family gatherings.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Our family was very comfortable there. There are spaces for fun and games and quiet, too. The pool, of course, is the highlight! We love that we can all eat together in the great room . The host is easy to work with, as well. We highly recommend this for a memorable family vacation!

Our family came together for a few days of fun! This home was perfect for our crew from Texas, Arizona, and Washington. We enjoyed the pool and complimentary Italian sodas, both were such a hit! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Great room is something to behold and we enjoyed a bunch of fun in that space. The amenities are next level - snacks, club soda, ice and italian soda syrups. Pool was well maintained and the kids loved it. Lots of yard / volleyball games in the spacious back yard. Very clean and the host was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with.No hesitation in giving this place 5 stars. A great place for a large group to relax and have a ton of fun!

Awesome place to stay! Host is the best in communication. Our Father’s Day weekend was a blast, the pool was wonderful. Loved seeing the inner kid in our grownups come out and just enjoy themselves in the pool. Parking here was also super nice as we had 3 vehicles with trailer’s with motor cycles and UTV vehicles. Enough parking for single vehicles too.Every big bar areas/family room for entertainment and kids play toy’s.We will definitely stay here again.

We came to my hometown for my dad’s funeral and the house was perfect for our family of 14. Kymm and her husband were amazing to work with! Very kind sweet and accommodating couple! Hot tub was divine!

It was a bit awkward with two kitchens being so far apart. We were hoping for some type of fireplace, even an electric one. The dishwasher leaked on the lower left side in the main kitchen. The lights were burned out in both ovens. The antique cabinet off the entry was very dusty along the bottom. Other than that, we made do with the bed configurations even though we were all couples.

Having such a large home was perfect for our clan. We all fit comfortably in the great room as well as there were other options for quieter more private groupings. And the hot tub was a bonus!

This home was a perfect setting for our large family to get together! Kymm was beyond helpful! The house is beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable. We hope to return soon!

We were pleasantly surprised with the home and property! So well appointed, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of areas to gather. Pool was cold but that didn’t stop some of the guests! Loved the complimentary Italian sodas and conveniences! The bar and large room were incredible! We would consider staying there again!

We had a great time at this awesome house. Kymm, the host, was very helpful, accommodating and sensitive to all our needs. The house had everything you would ever need. We were a party of 7 adults, 5 children that were 8 and under and 1 infant. All the wonderful amenities, made it totally unnecessary for us to leave the property during our stay. We were fortunate enough to have really nice weather, so the pool, hot tub & swings were in constant use. It is a 5 star accommodation. Thanks Kymm.

Host was beyond easy to communicate with and was very sweet to include a sweet gift of custom cookies for our softball team!!!!

We needed a place where everyone could gather for my daughter's wedding. We were all from out of town. The great room referred to as the barn was perfection. The long bar with an almost complete kitchen including ice maker and carbonized water thingy was a huge hit. There were also quiet sitting areas for those who needed a break.
