400 Feet to the Beach Gorgeous Home with Hot Tub 2 Decks and 4 Bedroom Suites

We had such a great experience staying at this house! Kitchen and living area along with dining room were open and great for hangouts with family. And bedrooms all with individual bathrooms was such a plus. Beach access was not too far and close to everything you need nearby! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and spacious getaway home!

Enjoyed the stay.

The place was great, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, just down the road from beach. 3 issues- hot tub was merky and low on water. We added water, bought a clarifier and it cleared it up. There is not a outside spry area to clean the sand from items or yourself. The couch is modular pieces and was not connected to each other, there was times the couch slid if you sat down a certain way.

Wonderful home. Very spacious, clean, and very close to the beach.

Was never able to access the property. Owner gave a bad code, then could not be contacted. Spent an hour over the phone with VRBO, they could not contact the owner either. We left to get reservations at a nearby hotel and didn’t hear back from owner until the next day. Good luck to whomever tries to rent.

Everything was exactly how it looks, honestly was bigger in person. It fit our friends and family extremely well, also a shower and bathroom in every room was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the location.However, we will not stay in this house, or any other home with Vacasa Property Management.No a/c and they flat out refused bringing us fans to use in the bedrooms. The most serious problem was the refrigerator freezer quite working. We were there for 5 days, and half of those days, the unit wasnt working. They did not provide us with a replacement, ice, or coolers.Too bad, because had management been reliable and remotely helpful, we would book this home every year, because it was ideal for our group.Never again though.

Pros: Great size and location, quality interior finishes, comfy beds, 5.5 bathrooms was outstanding for our group. Kids loved the hot tub.Cons: A few minor repairs would be great, the dishwasher was ineffective at its sole job (cleaning dishes), and the kitchen pans / skillets should be replaced. Also, I long for the vacation rental that provides a sufficient amount of kitchen trash bags and other essentials.

Overall, our stay was great which is why I'm still giving four stars. The place was large enough to accommodate 11 of us, the game room on the lower level was perfect for my teenage nephews to enjoy, and having a full bathroom for every bedroom was amazing! We walked to the beach almost every evening to look for floats on the beach and watch the sunset. However, there were some negatives. The place was poorly stocked and not very clean upon our arrival. My socks were really dirty after walking around inside, so not sure if the floors had been mopped. There were only 6 keurig pods - which, I thought was odd for a 5 night stay with 11 people. There were no towels for the spa, only 6 towels for the beach, very few extra blankets in the hallway closet.There were plenty of plates and bowls for eating, but there weren't really any mixing bowls - though, we made due with what they did have.Again, I think this is a great place to stay. I bet in the past years, they've been very well stocked. But, I do think that they could do lots to improve at this point.

Second year staying in this home! Fits our needs perfectly! Clean, walking distance to the beach, and accommodates everything we need.

Very pleasantly surprised with the space and location. Very updated. We had a great time. Was surprised with the slip covers on the sofa, totally killed the vibe thou. But look forward in coming back.

We stayed her with our large family and it was for perfect for everyone. We all had something to keep us entertained. Games, the beach is SUPER close and the hot tub to relax.
