Convenient keyless entry; your unique access code will be provided before you arrive. You have private access to the home, with the exception of locked owner's linen closets and the 3 locked basement bedrooms.

House Rules
No smoking
No parties, events, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 25+ years old
Dogs must be under 50lb, and be crated when left alone at the property
Rental agreement required to be signed within 48 hours of booking
If locked bedrooms are used you will charged $100 per night for each room used

Connectivity & Entertainment: We provide free WiFi and Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. Please bring your personal login credentials to access your favorite streaming services.
Laundry: An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use.
Security: For safety an exterior camera is located at the front of the property and records when movement is detected.
Parking: Located in front of our lodge with room for up to 6 vehicles
EV charger: Level 2 charger included at no extra cost!
Accessibility: There are 5 stairs to enter the property. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with the kitchen, living room, dining room and office are located on the main floor. 1 additional bedroom and 1 bathroom along with the game room and private hot tub are located down a flight of stairs
